 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN
 FORMAT.
  
 1. THE WIDTH OF THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER MUST BE MAINTAINED
 AT A MINIMUM OF FIVE FEET, EXCLUDING THE REQUIRED
 CURBS..
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT: A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS
 REQUIRED. PLEASE SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 AND A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL
 COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN
 INTO UNIT COST.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (E) (1), AT LEAST 30
 PERCENT OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE EXTERIOR OF ALL
 COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES SHALL BE PLANTED WITH TREES,
 SHURBS AND HEDGES. THIS APPLIES TO THE GUARD SHACK.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-446 (4) (G) (3), AUTOMATIC
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE USED FOR THE CULTIVATED
 LANDSCAPE AREAAS FOR ALL PROPERTIES.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (A), EACH ROW OF
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY A LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND AND THE LANDSCAPED ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST
 ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE. PLEASE INSTALL A CRAPE
 MYRTLE IN THE ISLAND WHERE THE EXISTING GUARD SHACK IS
 BEING REMOVED. A LIVE OAK TREE SHALL BE PLANTED IN THE
 TIANGULAR ISLAND THAT CONTAINS A LIGHT POLE.
