 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN
 FORMAT.
  
 1. THE PROPOSAL IMPACTS THE MINIMUM REQUIRED FIVE FOOT
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER THAT SEPARATES THE VEHICULAR USE AREA
 FROM THE PARKING LOT. PLEASE SHOW WHAT LANDSCAPING
 EXISTS IN THAT AREA.
  
 2. SUBMIT A SIGNED AND SEALED LANDSCAPE PLAN THAT
 PROVIDES TREES AT A 30 FOOT SPACING , A CONTINUOUS
 HEDGE AND SOD OR GROUND COVER ALONG THE TRAVEL LANE.
 THE WIDTH OF THE BUFFER MUST BE MAINTAINED AT A MINIMUM
 OF FIVE FEET.
  
 3. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS REQUIRED. PLEASE
 SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN AND A CERTIFIED
 COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL
 LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT
 COST.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (E) (1), AT LEAST 30
 PERCENT OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE EXTERIOR OF ALL
 COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES SHALL BE PLANTED WITH TREES,
 SHURBS AND HEDGES. THIS APPLIES TO THE GUARD SHACK.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-446 (4) (G) (3), AUTOMATIC
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE USED FOR THE CULTIVATED
 LANDSCAPE AREAAS FOR ALL PROPERTIES.
