 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN
 FORMAT.
  
 1. REPEAT COMMENT: A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION
 PERMIT IS REQUIRED. PLEASE SUBMIT A LANDSCAPE PERMIT
 APPLICATION ALONG WITH TWO (2) COPIES OF THE COMPLETE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN . STRIPING REVISIONS SHOULD BE TIED WITH
 THE PAVING PERMIT. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION
 NECESSARY FOR THE EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE
 XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS,
 INCLUDING THE XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS. A CERTIFIED
 COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL
 LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH
 THE LANDSCAPE PACKAGE.
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3)
 (A), EACH ROW OF PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE FEET IN WIDTH,
 EXCLUDING THE REQUIRED CURB, AND NOT LESS THAN THE
 LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL. THE LANDSCAPED
 ISLAND SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM RADIUS OF 2 1/2 FEET AT ITS
 END SO AS TO ALLOW CAR MANEUVERING. THE LANDSCAPED
 ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING
 TREE. THIS APPLIES TO THE PAVED AREA ON THE EAST SIDE
 OF THE WALL IN THE LOCATION OF THE EXISTING DUMPSTER.
 THE ENTIRE TRIANGULAR AREA SHALL BE CUT OUT AND
 LANDSCAPED. ALSO A TREE IS REQUIRED IN THE TERMINAL
 ISLAND AT THE SOUTH END OF THE PARKING ROW ADJACENT TO
 THE TENNIS COURTS.
  
 3. THE HEDGE HEIGHT NEEDED TO SCREEN THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE AND LIFT STATION SHALL BE AT LEAST FOUR FEET
 AT THE TIME OF PLANTING.
  
 4. THE USE OF GEIGER TREES ALONG THE SIDES OF THE
 PARKING LOT DOES NOT RELATE TO WHAT IS CURRENTLY
 PLANTED. PLEASE MATCH THE TREE SPECIES IN THESE
 LOCATIONS TO THOSE THAT ARE ALREADY PLANTED.
  
 5. THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE DETAIL SHOWS VISION OBSCURING
 GATES BUT THESE GATES ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 6. THOUGH THE LANDSCAPE CODE ALLOWS PROPOSED TREES TO
 BE A MINIMUM OF EIGHT FEET IN HEIGHT WITH FIVE FEET OF
 CLEAR TRUNK, ALL TREES MUST BE FLORIDA NUMBER 1 GRADE
 OR BETTER. NO TREE THAT IS EIGHT FEET IN HEIGHT WITH
 FIVE FEET OF CLEAR TRUNK CAN MEET THIS GRADE STANDARD.
 PLEASE INCREASE THE HEIGHT OF THESE TREES.
  
 7. RAMPS CANNOT BE INSTALLED WITHIN THE HANDICAP
 MANEUVERING AREA. THE MANEUVERING AREA MUST EXTEND THE
 FULL LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT STALL WITHOUT OBSTRUCTIONS.
 THE HANDICAP SPACES DRAWN ON THE PLAN DO NOT FUNCTION,
 AS SHOWN.
