 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN
 FORMAT.
  
 1.REPEAT COMMENT: IT WAS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THE
 RESURFACING OF THE EXISTING PARKING LOT WAS NOT PART OF
 THE ORIGINAL PLAN. IF THIS BECOMES PART OF THE OVERALL
 PROJECT, THEN THAT PORTION OF THE PARKING LOT SHALL BE
 BROUGHT UP TO CURRENT STANDARDS. THAT WILL INVOLVE
 CUTTING OUT ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS AND PROVIDING
 A DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT: A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION
 PERMIT IS REQUIRED. PLEASE SUBMIT A LANDSCAPE PERMIT
 APPLICATION ALONG WITH TWO (2) COPIES OF THE COMPLETE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN . PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION
 NECESSARY FOR THE EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE
 XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS,
 INCLUDING THE XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS. A CERTIFIED
 COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL
 LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH
 THE LANDSCAPE PACKAGE.
  
 3. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3)
 (A), EACH ROW OF PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE FEET IN WIDTH,
 EXCLUDING THE REQUIRED CURB, AND NOT LESS THAN THE
 LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL. THE LANDSCAPED
 ISLAND SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM RADIUS OF 2 1/2 FEET AT ITS
 END SO AS TO ALLOW CAR MANEUVERING. THE LANDSCAPED
 ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING
 TREE.
  
 4. REPEAT COMMENT: URSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3)
 (B) ONE INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR
 EVERY TEN PARKING SPACES OR FRACTION THEREOF. INTERIOR
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS SHALL BE AT LEAST FIVE FEET WIDE,
 EXCLUDING THE REQUIRED CURB, AND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST
 ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE.
  
 5. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B),
 OUTDOOR INCINERATORS, GARBAGE OR TRASH RECEPTACLES,
 FUEL OIL OR PROPANE TANKS AND STORAGE RACKS SHALL NOT
 BE PERMITTED UNLESS APPROPRIATE SCREENING IS PROVIDED.
 SCREENING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE
 CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY
 DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. WALLS SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH
 SHRUBS AND HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT INTERVALS. A
 FOUR-SIDED ENCLOSURE WITH AN OBSCURING GATE IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 6. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (2),
 VEHICULAR USE AREAS SHALL BE SCREENED FROM
 THOROUGHFARES AND RESIDENTIAL USES AND DISTRICTS BY A
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER OF AT LEAST FIVE FEET IN WIDTH. HEDGES
 SHALL BE PLANTED WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER AND ARE
 SUBJECT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF SUBSECTION 94-445 (4) E.
 SHADE TREES MUST BE PLANTED AT 30-FOOT INTERVALS. THIS
 APPLIES TO THE WEST PERIMETER OF THE SITE, ADJACENT TO
 FLAGLER DRIVE.
