 1) THE SITE PLAN IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A NORTH ARROW, A
 SCALE, ROAD NAMES AND MARK ALL DIMENSIONS.
  
 2) SHOW THE WALL, INCLUDING DIMENSIONS, THAT WAS
 CONSTRUCTED ALONG THE ALLEY.
  
 3) THE PAVING AND STRIPING REQUIRE A PERMIT. PLEASE
 CHECK WITH THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO SEE
 IF IT MAY BE INCLUDED ON THIS PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 4) THE LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION REQUIRE A SEPARATE
 PERMIT.
  
 5) THE NEW DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE REQUIRES A SEPARATE FENCE
 PERMIT.
  
 6) VERIFY WITH THE CITY'S SANITATION DEPARTMENT THE
 SIZE AND ORIENTATION OF THE DUMPSTER AND ENCLOSURE.
 NOTE THAT THIS MAY CHANGE THE LOCATION OF SOME OF THE
 CURBING AND THE WIDTH OF THE DUMPSTER TERMINAL ISLAND.
 THIS ISLAND SHALL HAVE AN AREA A MINIMUM OF 5 FEET WIDE
 ADJACENT TO THE PARKING SPACE TO PROVIDE FOR A TREE. IF
 ROOM IS NEEDED, THE TWO PARKING SPACES COULD BE REDUCED
 IN WIDTH TO PROVIDE EXTRA LANDSCAPE AREA.
  
 7) THE TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS SHALL HAVE CURVES,
 NOT HARD ANGLES AS SHOWN.
  
 8) PLEASE REFER TO SECTION 94-485(J) OF THE CITY'S
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS FOR THE ANGLED
 PARKING DIMENSIONS. IT APPEARS THAT THE ANGLE IS 75
 DEGREES (ANGLE SHALL BE NOTED ON PLANS). THE
 MEASUREMENTS SEEM TO NOT COMPLY WITH THE 75 ANGLE
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 9) PARKING DETAILS MEETING CITY STANDARDS SHALL BE
 INCLUDED ON THE PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CITY
 REQUIRES WHEEL STOPS TO BE 2 FEET FROM THE END OF THE
 SPACE.
  
 10) THE NORTHERN TERMINAL ISLAND ALONG EAST PROPERTY
 LINE SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM INTERIOR WIDTH OF 5 FEET.
 THIS CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED BY A) REDUCING THE ANGLED
 SPACES TO 9 FEET IN WIDTH AND NARROWING THE SOUTHERN
 TERMINAL ISLAND (MINIMUM 5 FEET INTERIOR WIDTH). NOTE
 STAFF WOULD LIKE TO SEE THESE ISLANDS AS WIDE AS
 POSSIBLE FOR SUSTAINABLE TREE GROWTH.
  
 11) A TREE IS REQUIRED IN EACH TERMINAL ISLAND. STAFF
 RECOMMENDS USING TREES THAT HAVE ROOT GROWTH THAT WILL
 NOT OVERWHELM THE ISLAND. PLEASE CONTACT ROBERT
 KUSSNER, LANDSCAPE PLANNER FOR SUGGESTIONS.
  
 12) PLEASE INSTALL A LOW (18 INCH HIGH) GROUND COVER
 HEDGE ALONG THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE. CONTACT MR.
 KUSSNER FOR SUGGESTIONS.
  
 13) THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE REQUIRES A SCREEN HEDGE.
  
 14) FLIP THE HC SPACE AND THE HC ACCESS AISLE.
  
 15) THE PARKING SPACES ALONG THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE
 ARE NOT LONG ENOUGH AS SHOWN ON THE PLAN.
  
 16) SINCE THIS PLAN IS TO BRING A NONCONFORMING SITE
 CLOSER TO CODE COMPLIANCE, LANDSCAPE REVIEW COMMENTS #6
 AND 7 ARE OPTIONAL.
  
 17) IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE MORE PERVIOUS SURFACE ON THE
 SITE, STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT THE TRIANGULAR AREAS AT THE
 HEAD OF THE ANGLED PARKING SPACES BE CUT OUT AND
 REPLACED WITH SOD.
