| ROOM IS NEEDED, THE TWO PARKING SPACES COULD BE REDUCED |
| IN WIDTH TO PROVIDE EXTRA LANDSCAPE AREA. |

| 7) THE TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS SHALL HAVE CURVES, |
| NOT HARD ANGLES AS SHOWN. |

| 8) PLEASE REFER TO SECTION 94-485(J) OF THE CITY'S |
| ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS FOR THE ANGLED |
| PARKING DIMENSIONS. IT APPEARS THAT THE ANGLE IS 75 |
| DEGREES (ANGLE SHALL BE NOTED ON PLANS). THE |
| MEASUREMENTS SEEM TO NOT COMPLY WITH THE 75 ANGLE |
| REQUIREMENTS. |

| 9) PARKING DETAILS MEETING CITY STANDARDS SHALL BE |
| INCLUDED ON THE PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CITY |
| REQUIRES WHEEL STOPS TO BE 2 FEET FROM THE END OF THE |
| SPACE. |

| 10) THE NORTHERN TERMINAL ISLAND ALONG EAST PROPERTY |
| LINE SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM INTERIOR WIDTH OF 5 FEET. |
| THIS CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED BY A) REDUCING THE ANGLED |
| SPACES TO 9 FEET IN WIDTH AND NARROWING THE SOUTHERN |
| TERMINAL ISLAND (MINIMUM 5 FEET INTERIOR WIDTH). NOTE |
| STAFF WOULD LIKE TO SEE THESE ISLANDS AS WIDE AS |
| POSSIBLE FOR SUSTAINABLE TREE GROWTH. |

| 11) A TREE IS REQUIRED IN EACH TERMINAL ISLAND. STAFF |
| RECOMMENDS USING TREES THAT HAVE ROOT GROWTH THAT WILL |
| NOT OVERWHELM THE ISLAND. PLEASE CONTACT ROBERT |
