 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN
 FORMAT.
  
 1. A LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS REQUIRED. PLEASE SUBMIT (2)
 COPIES OF A SIGNED AND SEALED LANDSCAPE PLAN IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS SETFORTH IN ARTICLE
 XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHALL CONTAIN THE ITEMS LISTED IN THIS SECTION. PLEASE
 SUBMIT A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE
 TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN
 DOWN INTO UNIT COST WITH THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT
 APPLICATION.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE
 XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (G) (3) (II), IN ALL
 AREAS THAT ARE TO BE PLANTED A CULTIVATED LANDSCAPE,
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO HAVE 120
 PERCENT COVERAGE. PLEASE APPLY FOR AN IRRIGATION PERMIT
 AND PROVIDE (2) COPIES OF AN IRRIGATION PLAN.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (A), EACH ROW OF
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY LANDSCAPED
 ISLANDS OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE FEET (EXCLUDING THE
 REQUIRED CURBS) IN WIDTH AND NOT LESS THAN THE LENGTH
 OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL. THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND AT
 THE NORTH END OF THE FIVE-SPACE PARKING ROW DOES NOT
 MEET THIS REQUIREMENT. THE TEN FOOT WIDE SPACES COULD
 BE REDUCED TO BETWEEN 8 1/2 FEET AND 9 FEET WITH THE
 ADDITIONAL AREA BEING CONVERTED INTO GREENSPACE IN THAT
 ISLAND. IN ADDITION, THE LANDSCAPED ISLAND SHALL HAVE A
 MINIMUM RADIUS OF 2 1/2 FEET AT ITS END SO AS TO ALLOW
 CAR MANEUVERING. THIS APPLIES TO THE ISLAND AT THE
 SOUTH END OF THAT PARKING ROW.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (1), VEHICULAR USE
 AREAS SHALL BE SCREENED FROM RESIDENTIAL USES AND
 DISTRICTS BY A 36-INCH HIGH BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE,
 OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD OR
 METAL WALL AROUND THE PERIPHERY. THIS APPLIES TO THE
 EAST PERIMETER OF THE SITE. IF THE WALL EXIST, PLEASE
 SHOW IT ON THE PLANS.
  
 6. VEHICULAR USE ARES SHALL BE SCREENED FROM
 THOROUGHFARES AND RESIDENTIAL USES AND DISTRICTS BE A
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER OF AT LEAST FIVE FEET IN WIDTH. HEDGES
 SHALL BE PLANTED WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER AND SHADE
 TREES MUST BE PLANTED AT 30-FOOT INTERVALS.
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) A LANDSCAPE BUFFER OF
 NOT LESS THAN FIVE FEET IN WIDTH SHALL BE PROVIDED AND
 LANDSCAPED ALONG THE NORTH PERIMETER OF THE SITE.
  
 8 THE HANDICAP RAMP SHALL BE FLIPPED TO THE WEST SIDE
 OF THE HANDICAP SPACE AND THE CLEAR ACCESS ROUTE INTO
 THE BUILDING SHALL BE SHOWN.
  
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE A CITY APPROVED STRIPING DETAIL.
