 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING. THE SUBMITTAL OF THE
 REQUESTED INFORMATION MAY GENERATE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 2. PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT SURVEY, WHICH
 INCLUDES THE PROPERTY'S ADDRESS AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
  
 3. SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF THE ZLDR.
  
 4. SHEET A A1.0 ("OVERALL SITE PLAN") DEPICTS A
 CONCRETE WALK, DRIVE, AND APRON TO BE COORDINATED WITH
 EXISTING UTILITIES. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FOR THE DRIVE
 AND INCLUDE THE INFORMATION TO ADDRESS
 PERVIOUS/IMPERVIOUS AREA:
  
 NOTE: A SEPARATE PERMIT SHALL BE APPROVED FOR THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY DRIVEWAY APRON BY THE ENGINEERING
 DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING PERMIT APPROVAL BY
 THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT. SUBMIT A COPY OF
 PERMIT ALONG WITH THE RE-SUBMITTAL.
  
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDR: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACES (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE
 FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT
 BUILDING FACADE).
  
 5. ELEVATIONS DO NOT SHOW TOTAL HEIGHT DIMENSIONS,
 INCLUDING ROOF TOP. PROVIDE DIMENSION OF ROOF OVERHANG
 THAT IS ENCROACHING INTO THE SETBACK.
  
 6. MECHANICAL SHEET M 2.01 AND OTHER SHEETS SHOW A
 CONDENSING UNIT ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
 INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED CONDENSER
 EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES. PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDR: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT
 PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK. SHOW
 CONDENSER UNIT ON OVERALL SITE PLAN.
