 1. APPLY FOR A LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION PERMITS.
  
 2. SUBMIT A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE
 TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN
 DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
  
 3. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN DOES NOT ACCURATELY REPRESENT THE
 EXISTING LANDSCAPING AND HARDSCAPE ON SITE. A WALKWAY
 IN FRONT OF THE 2400 BUILDING IS NOT SHOWN ON THE PLAN
 AND THE LOCATION AND TYPES OF PALMS AND OTHER
 LANDSCAPING IS DIFFERENT. PLEASE PROVIDE AN ACCURATE
 'AS BUILT' PLAN.
  
 4. SHOW THE STREET LIGHTS, UTILITIES, AND ANYTHING ELSE
 THAT MAY INTERFERE WITH THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING. A
 STREET LIGHT EXISTS IN THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE
 RELOCATED LIVE OAK. THE NEW LOCATION FOR THAT TREE
 SHOULD BE SHIFTED TOWARD THE EAST TO CENTER THE TREE.
  
 5. PLANT A HEDGE THAT IS CONSISTENT WITH WHAT IS
 PLANTED ALONG THE BUILDING IN FRONT OF THE PROPOSED
 RAMP.
  
 6. THE PROPOSED LOCATION FOR THE RELOCATED SABAL PALMS
 IS TOO SMALL OF AN AREA. STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT TWO
 SABAL PALMS BE PLANTED IN BOTH OF THE RECESSED PORTIONS
 OF THE BUILDING ALONG THE EAST ELEVATION. THIS WILL
 INVOLVE ADDING A FOURTH PALM. THE VERTICAL LANDSCAPE
 ELEMENTS WILL ENHANCE THE ARCHITECTURE OF THE BUILDING.
