 ALL LANDINGS ON RAMPS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 60"
 CLEAR, & THE BOTTOM OF EACH RAMP SHALL HAVE NOT LESS
 THAN 72" OF STRAIGHT & LEVEL CLEARENCE. THE BOTTOM
 LANDING LENGHT OF 72" IS A MINIMUM.
  
 2) IT APPEARS THERE IS A PROPERTY LINE THAT MAY CUT IN
 TO THE ACCESSIBLE RAMP, PLEASE INDICATE PROPERTY LINE
 ON THE A1 SHEET. THERE ARE CONCEERNS IF THE ADJOINING
 PROPERTIES WERE TO BE SOLD OFF THE ACCESSIBLE RAMP
 WOULD NOT BE CLOSE TO THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING!
