 1. PLEASE RESPOND TO COMMENT IN WRITING.
  
 2. PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT SURVEY, WHICH
 INCLUDES THE PROPERTY'S ADDRESS AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
  
 3. THE SURVEY SHOWS A PICKET FENCE IN A PORTION OF THE
 THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE, HOWEVER, THE SITE PLAN SHOWS A
 PICKET FENCE SURROUNDING THE ENTIRE FRONT PROPERTY AND
 PORTIONS OF THE EAST AND WEST SIDES. A SEPARATE PERMIT
 IS REQUIRED FOR THE FENCE AND SHALL MEET THE FOLLOWING
 PROVISIONS:
  
 PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, SECTION 94-302(B)(1):
 MAXIMUM HEIGHT. IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, NO FENCE OR
 WALL SHALL EXCEED SIX FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN REQUIRED
 SIDE AND REAR SETBACKS. FENCES OR WALLS SHALL NOT BE IN
 EXCESS OF 48 INCHES IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT
 SETBACK. HEDGES SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN FEET IN HEIGHT IN
 ANY REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 4. THE SURVEY DOES NOT SHOW THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY
 APRON, IS THAT BEING LEFT AS IS?
  
 5. LANDSCAPE COMMENTS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 APPROVAL FROM ZONING.
