 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN
 FORMAT
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 (A), REQUIRED PARKING MAY
 BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF 1000
 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA MUST
 BE LANDSCAPED. ONLY AREAS COVERED WITH UNSEALED PAVERS
 SET IN SAND ARE CONSIDERED LANDSCAPING. PLEASE SPECIFY
 HOW THESE PAVERS WILL BE INSTALLED.
  
 2. BECAUSE MUCH OF THE EXISTING PAVED AREAS ARE BEING
 CONVERTED INTO GREEN SPACE, A LANDSCAPE PLAN IS
 REQUIRED. PLEASE APPLY FOR A LANDSCAPE PERMIT. THE
 SUBMITTAL WILL REQUIRE TWO SETS OF PLANS AND A COST
 ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE
 MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST. ALL OF
 THE APPLICABLE ITEMS FOUND IN SECTION 94-448 (D), SHALL
 BE PART OF THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4)(G)(3)(II), COVERAGE
 REQUIREMENTS. IN ALL AREAS THAT ARE TO BE PLANTED IN A
 CULTIVATED LANDSCAPE, IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 DESIGNED TO HAVE 120 PERCENT COVERAGE. AN IRRIGATION
 PERMIT SHALL BE REQUIRED.
