 2A) 109.3.6.1 THE ENFORCING AGENCY SHALL REQUIRE A
 SPECIAL INSPECTOR TO PERFORM STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS ON
 A THRESHOLD BUILDING PURSUANT TO A STRUCTURAL
 INSPECTION PLAN PREPARED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. THE
 STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE

 ASSURE THAT THE DESIGNER HAS REQUIRED ON THE PLANS OR
 SPECIFICATIONS ONE MATERIAL, APPROVED FOR FIRE STOPPING
 PENETRATIONS, FOR WALLS AND CEILINGS.
  
 3) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT

 LINE IS LOCATED, IT APPEARS THE BAR STOOLS AND FOLDING

 THE LOCATION OF THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE. 3202.2 DOORS
 AND WINDOWS SHALL NOT OPEN OR PROJECT INTO THE PUBLIC

 LAYOUT ONLY HAS ONE MEANS OF EGRESS, THROUGH THE FRONT
 ENTRY, NOTE TABLE 1019.2 BUILDING WITH ONE EXIT FOR AN
 ???A??? ASSEMBLY 49 OCCUPANT LOAD AND TRAVEL DISTANCE
 OF 75 FEET.
  
 4E) BAR SEATING 102 DOES NOT INDICATE IF THIS IS NEW
 CONSTRUCTION OR IF PART OF THE ALTERATIONS PLEASE
 REVIEW 11-5.4 & EXCEPTIONS TO PROVIDE VERTICAL
 ACCESSIBILITY.
  
 4F) THIS COMMENT WILL STAND FOR ALL THREE FLOOR LEVELS
 PLANS INDICATE A MERCANTILE OCCUPANCY FOR THE MINIMUM
 FLAME SPREAD AND SMOKE DEVELOPMENT, PLEASE UPDATE FOR

 APPLICABLE PROVISIONS FOR APPLYING INTERIOR FINISH.

 SPRINKLERED BUILDING THIS PORTION (EXTERIOR STAIR) DOES
 NOT INDICATE IT TO BE SPRINKLERED. THE OTHER ISSUE
 IS IS THIS AN EXIT OR EXIT ACCESS, FOR A FULLY
 SPRINKLERED BUILDING THE TRAVEL DISTANCE IS 250??? FROM
 THE MOST REMOTE POINT ON THE ROOF TOP AND TRAVEL
