| FEET), A SEPARATE RIGHT-OF-WAY ("ROW") PERMIT SHALL BE |
| OBTAINED FROM THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, KEEP IN MIND |
| THAT THE MAXIMUM WIDTH OF AN APPROACH FOR RESIDENTIAL |
| IS 20 FEET. HOWEVER, IF THE PROPOSED WIDTH SHALL MEET |
| COMMENT NUMBER 2 ABOVE FOR PERVIOUS AREA, OTHERWISE THE |
| WIDTH OF THE DRIVEWAY AND APPROACH WILL HAVE TO BE |
| REDUCED ACCORDINGLY. THE SKETCH NEEDS TO BE DRAWN ON A |
| SITE PLAN OR SURVEY TO SCALE AND SHOW THE CONFIGURATION |
| OF THE DRIVEWAY BASED ON THE PROPERTY LOT LINES AND |
| BUILDING. |
