 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING. THE SUBMITTAL OF THE
 REQUESTED INFORMATION MAY GENERATE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 2. PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT SURVEY, WHICH
 INCLUDES THE PROPERTY'S ADDRESS AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDR: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACES (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE
 FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT
 BUILDING FACADE).
  
 3. THE PROPOSED SKETCH SHOWS A WIDER APPROACH (28
 FEET), A SEPARATE RIGHT-OF-WAY ("ROW") PERMIT SHALL BE
 OBTAINED FROM THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, KEEP IN MIND
 THAT THE MAXIMUM WIDTH OF AN APPROACH FOR RESIDENTIAL
 IS 20 FEET. HOWEVER, IF THE PROPOSED WIDTH SHALL MEET
 COMMENT NUMBER 2 ABOVE FOR PERVIOUS AREA, OTHERWISE THE
 WIDTH OF THE DRIVEWAY AND APPROACH WILL HAVE TO BE
 REDUCED ACCORDINGLY. THE SKETCH NEEDS TO BE DRAWN ON A
 SITE PLAN OR SURVEY TO SCALE AND SHOW THE CONFIGURATION
 OF THE DRIVEWAY BASED ON THE PROPERTY LOT LINES AND
 BUILDING.
