 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD FOR THE COMPONENTS AND CLADDING AS REQUIRED
 BY DCA RULE 9B-72 AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2) THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED
 AND DATED BY THE PREPARER. FBC 13-600
  
 3) THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS SPECIFY A 60 GALLON GAS
 WATER HEATER AND THE PLANS SHOW AN 80 GALLON ONE.
 PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 4) SHOW ON THE SITE PLAN A-1 THAT THE SURFACE DRAINAGE
 REQUIREMENTS OF FBC R401.3 WILL BE MET AND THAT THE
 SURFACE WATER WILL BE DIRECTED TO APPROVED COLLECTIONS
 POINTS AND NOT ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
  
 5) PLEASE UPDATE THE REFERENCES ON A-1 TO ACI 530, ACI
 530.1, ACI 318 AND ACI 301 TO THE 2005 EDITIONS AS THE
 STANDARDS SPECIFIED IN CHAPTER 43 OF THE 2007 FBC
 RESIDENTIAL.
  
 6) PLEASE UPDATE THE STAIR NOTES ON SHEET A-11 FROM
 2004 TO THE 2007 FBCR. REVISE NOTE #1 TO R311.5.3.1.
  
 7) REVISE THE GUARDRAIL NOTE 1 ON A-11 FROM NOT LESS
 THAN 42" TO NOT LESS THAN 34" WHEN MEASURED VERTICALLY
 FROM THE TREAD NOSINGS PER FBC R312.1.
  
 8) THE LIVE LOAD NOTES FOR THE GUARDRAILS AND HANDRAILS
 IN THE CHART ON A-11 WERE NOT GIVEN. SEE TABLE R301.5
  
 9) ON A-10 THE DRAFT STOPPING NOTE CODE SECTION IS FROM
 THE 2004 HVHZ. PLEASE REVISE TO THE 2007 FBC R602.1.2
 WHICH REQUIRES FIREBLOCKING AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF
 STAIR RUNS.
  
 10) SUBMIT THE SPECIFICATIONS AND LISTING FOR THE BBQ
 AND HOOD LOCATED ON THE LANAI OR INDICATE THAT THEY
 WILL BE APPLIED FOR UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 11) SPECIFY CEILING MATERIAL THAT WILL BE INSTALLED IN
 THE LANAI AND THE COVERED PORCH ABOVE IT.
  
 12) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R309.2 FOR GARAGE
 SEPARATION. 5/8" TYPE X GYPSUM BOARD IS REQUIRED
 BETWEEN GARAGES AND HABITABLE ROOMS ABOVE.
  
 13) ON A-10 THE BUILDING CROSS SECTION SHOWS A CONCRETE
 FLOOR AT THE COVERED PORCH ABOVE THE LANAI. SHEET S-2
 AND 1 ON SD3 SHOWS WOOD TRUSSES. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 14) THE H-35 SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS SPECIFIED AT TWO OF
 THE SECOND FLOOR BEDROOMS, DO NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED 5.7
 SQFT MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING REQUIRED BY FBC R310.1.1
 FOR EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENINGS. (WINDOWS R-1
 THRU R-4 AND S-1) REVISE PLANS.
  
 15) ON SHEETS S-1 THE FOUNDATION PLAN AND S-2 THE FLOOR
 FRAMING PLAN THE COLUMN AT THE LANAI THAT SUPPORTS THE
 BEAMS B111 AND B112 IS NOT SPECIFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE
 DETAILS FOR THIS COLUMN.
  
 16) THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN A5 FLOOD ZONE THE
 MINIMUM ELEVATION IS REQUIRED TO BE 7' 6" ABOVE BASE
 FLOOD ELEVATION. CITY ORDINANCES. AN ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE FINAL INSPECTION.
  
 17) SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 STRUCTURAL MULLIONS AND FIXED WINDOWS AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72.
  
 18) THE FRONT DOOR IS SPECIFIED ON THE PLAN AS BEING
 3'-6" X 8'-0" WITH A SIDE-LITE. THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 THAT WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE FRENCH DOORS HAS A MAXIMUM
 SINGLE DOOR WIDTH OF 3 FEET. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 19) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF CURRENT (2007 FBC) FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVALS OR MIAMI-DADE NOAS FOR THE ANKMAR
 OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR. THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED IS NOT
 ACCEPTABLE.
  
 20) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE PGT SH WINDOWS IS FOR
 SMALL MISSILE IMPACT ONLY. THE WINDOWS ARE REQUIRED TO
 BE APPROVED FOR LARGE MISSILE IMPACT PER FBC
 R301.2.1.2.
  
 21) SPECIFY THE ROOF TILE ATTACHMENT THAT WILL BE USED
 FOR THE MONIER "S" TILE. THE METHOD SELECTED MUST BE
 CAPABLE OF RESISTING THE OVERTURN MOMENT FOR A 140 MPH
 EXPOSURE C LOCATION.
  
 NOTE: BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT CAN BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO
 PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE PLANS MUST BE
 STAMPED AND THE RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE
