 NOTE: THE SUBMITTAL OF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION MAY

 RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 1) THE SF7 ZONING DISTRICT REQUIRES A 25 FOOT FRONT
 SETBACK. THE PROPOSED HOUSE ENCROACHES INTO THE 25 FOOT
 SETBACK.
  
 2) INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED A/C
 EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING THE PAD, TO ALL PROPERTY LINES.
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF THE CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS :
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET
 INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 3) THE ROOF OVERHAND SHALL NOT INTRUDE MORE THAN THREE
 FEET INTO A SETBACK. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL OVERHANG
 DIMENSIONS ON THE ELEVATIONS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 OVERHANG IS MEASURED FROM THE WALL TO THE FURTHEST
 POINT OF THE OVERHANG - THIS IS INCORRECTLY SHOWN ON
 ONE OF THE SECTION DRAWINGS.
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE THE BUILDING HEIGHT ON THE ELEVATIONS
 AS DEFINED BY THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS - BUILDING, HEIGHT OF,
 MEANS THE VERTICAL DISTANCE FROM THE MEAN GRADE OF A
 LOT AT THE FRONTAGE OF THE BUILDING TO THE HIGHEST
 POINT OF THE TOP OF THE STRUCTURE OF A FLAT ROOF, OR TO
 THE DECK LINE OF A MANSARD ROOF, OR TO THE MID-HEIGHT
 LEVEL BETWEEN EAVES AND RIDGE FOR GABLE, HIP, AND
 GAMBREL ROOFS.
  
 5) PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE LANDSCAPE IN
 THE FRONT YARD. PLEASE NOTE THAT A MINIMUM OF 1,000
 SQUARE FEET OF THE FRONT YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED.
  
 6) A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS REQUIRED WHICH
 INCLUDES THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL
 SHOW CONFORMANCE WITH SECTION 94-442(B)(2)A OF THE CITY
 OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS. A TABLE SHOWING ALL LANDSCAPE TYPE AND
 SIZE IS REQUIRED.
  
 7) THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT.
