 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD FOR THE COMPONENTS AND CLADDING AS REQUIRED
 BY DCA RULE 9B-72 AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED
 BY FBC CHAPTER 13.
  
 3) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A PROPERTY SURVEY.
  
 4) SHOW ON THE SITE PLAN A-1 THAT THE SURFACE DRAINAGE
 REQUIREMENTS OF FBC R401.3 WILL BE MET AND THAT THE
 SURFACE WATER WILL BE DIRECTED TO APPROVED COLLECTIONS
 POINTS AND NOT ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
  
 5) PLEASE UPDATE THE REFERENCES ON A-1 TO ACI 530, ACI
 530.1, ACI 318 AND ACI 301 TO THE 2005 EDITIONS AS THE
 STANDARDS SPECIFIED IN CHAPTER 43 OF THE 2007 FBC
 RESIDENTIAL.
  
 6) PLEASE UPDATE THE STAIR NOTES ON SHEET A-11 FROM
 2004 TO THE 2007 FBCR. REVISE NOTE #1 TO R311.5.3.1.
  
 7) REVISE THE GUARDRAIL NOTE 1 ON A-11 FROM NOT LESS
 THAN 42" TO NOT LESS THAN 34" WHEN MEASURED VERTICALLY
 FROM THE TREAD NOSINGS PER FBC R312.1.
  
 8) THE LIVE LOAD NOTES FOR THE GUARDRAILS AND HANDRAILS
 IN THE CHART ON A-11 WERE NOT GIVEN. SEE TABLE R301.5
  
 9) ON A-10 THE DRAFT STOPPING NOTE CODE SECTION IS FROM
 THE 2004 HVHZ. PLEASE REVISE TO THE 2007 FBC R602.1.2
 WHICH REQUIRES FIREBLOCKING AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF
 STAIR RUNS.
  
 10) SPECIFY THE LOCATIONS AND MATERIAL THAT WILL BE
 USED FOR THE DRAFTSTOPPING AT THE FLOOR/CEILING
 ASSEMBLY THAT WILL SEPARATE IT INTO AREAS LESS THAN
 1000 SQFT AS REQUIRED BY FBC R502.1.2.
  
 11) SUBMIT THE SPECIFICATIONS AND LISTING FOR THE BBQ
 AND HOOD LOCATED ON THE LANAI OR INDICATE THAT THEY
 WILL BE APPLIED FOR UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 12) SPECIFY CEILING MATERIAL THAT WILL BE INSTALLED IN
 THE LANAI AND THE COVERED PORCH ABOVE IT.
  
 13) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R309.2 FOR GARAGE
 SEPARATION. 5/8" TYPE X GYPSUM BOARD IS REQUIRED
 BETWEEN GARAGES AND HABITABLE ROOMS ABOVE.
  
 14) ON A-10 THE BUILDING CROSS SECTION SHOWS A CONCRETE
 FLOOR AT THE COVERED PORCH ABOVE THE LANAI. SHEET S-2
 AND 1 ON SD3 SHOWS WOOD TRUSSES. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 15) ON SHEET S-2 THE FRONT BALCONY IS NOT SHOWN ON THE
 FLOOR PLAN. PROVIDE STRUCTURAL DETAILS AND DIMENSIONS
 FOR THIS CONCRETE BALCONY.
  
 16) ON SHEET S-3 REVISE THE ROOF SHEATHING FASTENING TO
 8D RING SHANK NAILS TO CORRESPOND WITH SHEET SD1 AND
 FBC R803.2.3.1.
  
 17) ON SHEET S-3 UPDATE THE WIND LOAD TABLE TO
 REFERENCE ASCE 7-05 AS SPECIFIED IN FBC R CHAPTER 43.
  
 18) PLEASE CORRECT DETAIL 10 ON SD2 WHICH HAS THE TITLE
 ON TOP OF THE NOTES.
  
 19) THE H-35 SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS SPECIFIED AT TWO OF
 THE SECOND FLOOR BEDROOMS, DO NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED 5.7
 SQFT MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING REQUIRED BY FBC R310.1.1
 FOR EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENINGS. (WINDOWS R-1
 THRU R-4 AND S-1)
  
 20) ON S-2 THE TRUSS IDS IN THE CONNECTOR SCHEDULE ARE
 LISTED WITHOUT THE "0" BETWEEN THE NUMBERS THAT THE
 FRAMING PLAN LISTS. FOR EXAMPLE THE FRAMING PLAN LISTS
 S01 AND THE SCHEDULE HAS S1. IN ORDER TO AVOID
 CONFUSION, PLEASE COORDINATE THE ID TAGS.
  
 21) ON SHEETS S-1 THE FOUNDATION PLAN AND S-2 THE FLOOR
 FRAMING PLAN THE COLUMN AT THE LANAI THAT SUPPORTS THE
 BEAMS B111 AND B112 ARE NOT SPECIFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE
 DETAILS FOR THIS COLUMN.
  
 22) PLEASE SPECIFY THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE
 EXTERIOR DOORS AND WINDOWS IN THE SCHEDULE ON SHEET
 A-11. FBC R301.2.1
  
 23) PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS
