 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. THIS PROPERTY IS PART OF THE METROCENTRE COMMERCIAL
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ("CPD"), PROVIDE ALL EXISTING
 SIGNAGE FOR THIS BUILDING. PURSUANT TO THE ZONING CODE,
 SECTION 94-408 (D)(1) - WALL-MOUNTED, A MAXIMUM OF ONE
 SIGN FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS OCCUPANT OF THE
 BUILDING, PLUS TWO (2) ADDITIONAL SIGNS ARE ALLOWED,
 FOR A TOTAL OF THREE (3) WALL-MOUNTED SIGNS.
  
 PROVIDE ELEVATIONS SHOWING EXISTING SIGNAGE VS.
 PROPOSED WITH TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE AS ALLOWED BY THE
 SECTION 94-409. IF SIGNAGE HAS NEVER BEEN APPROVED AS
 PART OF THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR THE BUILDING OR A
 MINOR AMENDMENT FOR THE SIGNAGE, THEN AN APPLICATION
 FOR A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE CPD SHOWING THE PROPOSED
 SIGNAGE WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE FILED TO THE PLANNING
 AND ZONING DEPARTMENT AND APPROVED PRIOR TO THE
 BUILDING PERMIT BEING APPROVED. SEE

 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR REQUIREMENTS OF A MINOR PD
 AMENDMENT.
  
 THE FOLLOWING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS
 SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS SUBMITTED:
  
 THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL SIGNAGE SHALL BE SHOWN
 ON A SITE DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR"). REFER TO THE ZLDR FOR
 SIGNAGE REGULATIONS, UNDER THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC)
 ZONING DISTRICT. ADDITIONALLY, AN APPROVAL LETTER FROM
 THE METROCENTRE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE MINOR PD AMENDMENT
 APPLICATION.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO THE ORDINANCE GOVERNING THE METROCENTRE
 CPD, AN APPROVAL LETTER FROM THE METROCENTRE
