 AS OCCURING WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF PCN#
 74424315030120000 (NORTH LAKE 2) AT 3690 HAMILTON KEY,
 WHEREAS THE LOCATION OF ITS CONTROLS & FPL TRANSFORMER
 AS BEING LOCATED WITHIN PCN# 74424315040150000
 (SOUTHWEST OPEN SPACE) AT 3644 HAMILTON KEY. SINCE PCN#
 74424315040150000 ALREADY HAD AN EXISTING PRIMARY
