 1) THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK IS A BIT CONFUSING AND MAY
 CREATE A PROBLEM FOR ONE OF THE TENANTS IN THE FUTURE.
 THE PLANS APPEAR TO BE CREATING TWO TENANCIES, POSSIBLY
 THREE. SHEET A3.0 INDICATES WHAT APPEARS TO BE NEW
 TENANT SEPERATION WALL LABELED WALL TYPE "B" TO THE
 DECK BETWEEN THE TWO TENANTS WHERE TTHE MAJOR PORTION
 OF THE WORK IS TO BE COMPLETED. AT THE LEFT HAND SIDE
 OF THE SHEET DOOR# 18 IS ALSO BEING CUT INTO A 1 HR
 FIRE RATED WALL, THE MECHANICAL PLANS ALSO
 INDICATE THIS WALL AS FIRE RATED WITH DAMPERS IN THE
 SUPPLY AND FIRE DAMPERS WITHIN THE RATED WALL FOR TTHE
 RETURN PLENUN. WITHOUT PERMIT ACTIVITY ATTACHED TO A
 NEW SUITE NUMBER THIS MAY BE AN ISSUE WHEN THE OCCUPANT
 GOES TO APPLY FOR A OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE AND NO
 ACTIVITY IS ASSOCATED WITH THIS TENANT SPACE OR SPACES.
 SHEET A2.0 DOES NOT ACTUALLY INDICATE WHAT SPACE IS
 SUITE 105. 106.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) SHEET A3.0 THE TENANT SEPERATION OR FIRE PARTITION
 BETWEEN THE TWO TENANCIES BUT THE M SHEETS ARE MISSING
 FIRE DAMPERS FOR THE TRUNK LINE AND THE PLANS DO NOT
 INDICATE ANY OPENINGS WITHIN THE WALL WITH FIRE DAMPERS
 FOR THE RETURN AIR SINCE THIS IS A PLENUN RETURN. SEE
 SECTION 716 OF THE FBC.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION AS TO PENETRATION OF
 FIRRE RATED WALLS WILL BE COMPLIED WITH, SEE 712.3 &
 712.3.1.2.
  
 4) SHEET A3.0 INDICATES FUTURE WINDOW, IF WORK TO BE
 CONSIDERED UNDER THIS PERMIT, PLEASE PROVIDE
 ENGINEERING FOR COLUMNS AND LINTEL OR BEAM FOR WALL
 REINFORCEMENT, WILL ALSO NEED WIND DESIGN INFORMATION
 AS WELL AS BUCK DETAILS, IF USED, AND PRODUCT APPROVAL
 WITH GLAZING TYPE HIGHLIGHTED.

 5) SHEET A3.0 DOOR NUMBER 5 & 6 PLEASE SEE SECTION
 11-4.13.6. MANEUVERING CLEARENCES AT DOORS. MINIMUM 18"
 ON TTHE PULL SIDE OF DOOR.
  
 6) A3.0 NEW RAMP IN FRONT OF LOBBY 111, THERE ARE TWO
 ISSUES:
 6A) BOTTOM LANDING: 11-4.8.4.(2) LANDINGS. ALL LANDINGS
 ON RAMPS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 60" CLEAR, & THE BOTTOM
 OF EACH RAMP SHALL HAVE NOT LESS THAN 72" OF STRAIGHT &
 LEVEL CLEARENCE.
  
 6B) 11.4.8.5. HANDRAILS: IF A RAMP HAS A RISE GREATER
 THAN 6" OR A HORIZONTAL PROJECTION GREATER THAN 72",
 THEN IT SHALL HAVE HANDRAILS ON BOTH SIDES.
  
 7) SHEET A3.0 ROOM 109 IF THIS IS A TRUE "IT" ROOM IT
 WILL NEED TO MEET THE REQUIEMENTS OF NEC 645.4 PLEASE
 NOTE SECTION 5 REQUIRES A 1 HR RATING OF WALLS AND
 CEILING.
  
 8) SHEET A3.0 FINISH SCHEDULE INDICATES APAINT FINISH
 IN THE RESTROOM PLEASE SEE SECTION 1210.2 WALLS. WALLS
 WITHIN 2 FEET (610 MM) OF URINALS AND WATER CLOSETS
 SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD, NONABSORBENT SURFACE, TO A
 HEIGHT OF 4 FEET (1219 MM) ABOVE THE FLOOR, AND EXCEPT
 FOR STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS, THE MATERIALS USED IN SUCH
 WALLS SHALL BE OF A TYPE THAT IS NOT ADVERSELY AFFECTED
 BY MOISTURE.
  
 9) NEW OFFICE SPACE SINCE THIS IS A CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY
 PLANS WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TO PALM BEACH COUNTY
 IMPACT FEE OFFICE FOR REVIEW.THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF
 PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE
 PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION. PLEASE

 STARTING AUGUST 21, 2009, THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT WILL BE CLOSED ON FRIDAYS UNTIL FURTHER
 NOTICE.
