 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDR: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACES (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE
 FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT
 BUILDING FACADE).
  
 THE SURVEY SHOWS THE DRIVEWAY WIDTH AT APPROXIMATELY 19
 FEET, WHICH ENCROACHES ON THE REQUIRED 75% OR 1, 000
 SQUARE FEET OF LANDSCAPE AREA. THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED
 WIDTH OF THE DRIVEWAY SHALL BE 16 FEET IN WIDTH OR
 LESS. ADDITIONALLY, THE ROW PERMIT #09100269 APPROVED
 BY ENGINEERING WILL HAVE TO BE REVISED TO BE THE SAME
 WIDTH OF THE DRIVEWAY, COORDINATE WITH WINDEL PALMER
 (561) 494-1040 OR MANNY GONZALEZ FROM THE ENGINEERING
 DEPARTMENT.
