 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING. THE SUBMITTAL OF THE
 REQUESTED INFORMATION MAY GENERATE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 2. SINCE THE ALLOWABLE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE SIGN IS
 BASED ON THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE BUILDING FACADE, IF
 LEASING A SPACE, PROVIDE HEIGHT AND WIDTH OF LEASED
 SPACE AND LOCATION (FLOOR LOCATION) ON ELEVATION;
 PROVIDE FLOOR PLAN OF LEASED SPACED.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-408(H) - PROVIDE TWO (2)
 COPIES OF THE APPROVED SITE PLAN SHOWING THE SIGNAGE
 APPROVED ON ALL SIDES OF THE BUILDING. SIGNAGE SHALL
 MEET SIGNAGE REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL
 ("GC") ZONING DISTRICT, SECTION 94-408(D).
  
 NOTE: ALL ILLUMINATED SIGNS MUST CONFORM TO THE CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS, SECTIONS 94-402(B), 94-406, AND ANY OTHER
 RESTRICTIONS DESIGNATED BY THE ZONING DISTRICT IN WHICH
 IT IS LOCATED.
