 1) THE PLANS INDICATE THE MOVING OF THE ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACES NEXT TO THE ENTRY AND CREATING
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES FURTHER AWAY FROM THE ENTRY AND ALSO
 CAUSING THE DISSABLED TO TRAVEL BEHIND THE OTHER PARKED
 VEHICLES.
  
 11-4.6.2 LOCATION. ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES SERVING A
 PARTICULAR BUILDING SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE SHORTEST
 SAFELY ACCESSIBLE ROUTE OF TRAVEL FROM ADJACENT PARKING
 TO AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE.
  
 11-4.1.6 ACCESSIBLE BUILDINGS: ALTERATIONS.1) GENERAL.
 ALTERATIONS TO EXISTING BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:
  
 (A) NO ALTERATION SHALL BE UNDERTAKEN WHICH DECREASES
 OR HAS THE EFFECT OF DECREASING ACCESSIBILITY OR
 USABILITY OF A BUILDING OR FACILITY BELOW THE
 REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION AT THE TIME OF
 ALTERATION.
  
 (B) IF EXISTING ELEMENTS, SPACES, OR COMMON AREAS ARE
 ALTERED, THEN EACH SUCH ALTERED ELEMENT, SPACE,
 FEATURE, OR AREA SHALL COMPLY WITH THE APPLICABLE
 PROVISIONS OF SECTION 11-4.1.1 TO SECTION 11-4.1.3,
 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION.
  
  
 2) SHEET A-4 INDICATES THE INSTALATION OF A 5,000 GAL
 DESIEL FUEL DOUBLE WALL TANK. THIS IS IN EXCESS OF
 ALLOWABLE COMBUSTIBLE LIQUIDS FOR A CLASS LL COMBUSTILE
 LIQUIDS, SEE TABLE 307.7(1) WHEN OVER 240 GAL FOOTNOTE
 D & E.
  
 415.6.2 FLAMMABLE AND COMBUSTIBLE LIQUIDS. THE STORAGE,
 HANDLING, PROCESSING AND TRANSPORTING OF FLAMMABLE AND
 COMBUSTIBLE LIQUIDS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, MECHANICAL AND THE FLORIDA FIRE
 PREVENTION CODE.
  
 415.6.2.1 MIXED OCCUPANCIES. WHERE THE STORAGE TANK
 AREA IS LOCATED IN A BUILDING OF TWO OR MORE
 OCCUPANCIES, AND THE QUANTITY OF LIQUID EXCEEDS THE
 MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE QUANTITY FOR ONE CONTROL AREA, THE
 USE SHALL BE COMPLETELY SEPARATED FROM ADJACENT FIRE
 AREAS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 508.3.3. PLEASE INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH THIS SECTION.
  
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE THE MANUFACTURERS CUT SHEETS FOR
 COMPLIANCE WITH:
 415.6.2.5 LEAKAGE CONTAINMENT. A LIQUID-TIGHT
 CONTAINMENT AREA COMPATIBLE WITH THE STORED LIQUID
 SHALL BE PROVIDED. THE METHOD OF SPILL CONTROL,
 DRAINAGE CONTROL AND SECONDARY CONTAINMENT SHALL BE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE.
  
 EXCEPTION: ROOMS WHERE ONLY DOUBLE-WALL STORAGE TANKS
 CONFORMING TO SECTION 415.6.2.3 ARE USED TO STORE CLASS
 I, II AND IIIA FLAMMABLE AND COMBUSTIBLE LIQUIDS SHALL
 NOT BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A LEAKAGE CONTAINMENT AREA.
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE ANCHORING REQUIREMENTS FOR SLIPPAGE
 AND UPLIFT 1604.8.1.
  
 5) 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN DATA. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
 RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF
 WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE DESIGN OF THE
 LATERAL-FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE BUILDING:
  
 1. BASIC WIND SPEED (3-SECOND GUST), MILES PER HOUR
 (M/S).
  
 2. WIND IMPORTANCE FACTOR, IW , AND BUILDING
 CLASSIFICATION FROM TABLE 1604.5 OR TABLE 6-1, ASCE 7
 AND BUILDING CLASSIFICATION IN TABLE 1-1, ASCE 7.
  
 3. WIND EXPOSURE. WHERE MORE THAN ONE WIND EXPOSURE IS
 UTILIZED, THE WIND EXPOSURE AND APPLICABLE WIND
 DIRECTION SHALL BE INDICATED.
  
 4. THE APPLICABLE ENCLOSURE CLASSIFICATIONS AND, IF
 DESIGNING WITH ASCE 7, INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT.
  
 5. COMPONENTS AND CLADDING. THE DESIGN WIND PRESSURES
 IN TERMS OF PSF (KN/M2) TO BE USED FOR THE SELECTION OF
 EXTERIOR COMPONENTS AND CLADDING MATERIALS NOT
 SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED BY THE REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL.
