 1. PLEASE EXPLAIN, PLANS STATE THAT IMPERVIOUS AREA IS
 12,551. THE APPLICATION STATES THAT THE IMPROVEMENT
 AREA IS 5,000SF. PLEASE REVISE SO THAT APPLICATION
 MATCHES THE PLANS.
  
 2. FBC11-4.6.2, IN BUILDINGS WITH MULTIPLE ACCESSIBLE
 ENTRANCES WITH ADJACENT PARKING, ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACES ARE TO BE DISPERSED. PARKING SERVING A
 PARTICULAR BUILDING SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE SHORTEST
 SAFELY ACCESSIBLE ROUTE OF TRAVEL FROM ADJACENT PARKING
 TO AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE.
  
 SEE SOUTH PARKING. IT APPEARS THAT TWO OF THE FOUR
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES SHOULD BE LOCATED NEAR THE
 BANK SOUTH ENTRANCE. PLEASE EITHER EXPLAIN HOW HAVING
 THE FOUR SPACES TOGETHER COMPLIES WITH THE TWO ABOVE
 REQUIREMENTS OR REVISE THE PLAN TO HAVE TWO ACCESSIBLE
 SPACES NEAR THE BANK ENTRANCE. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO
