 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN
 FORMAT.
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (A), THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHALL BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY A REGISTERED LANDSCAPE
 ARCHITECT, LICENSED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (E)(1), AT LEAST 30
 PERCENT OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE EXTERIOR OF ALL
 COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES SHALL BE PLANTED WITH TREES,
 SHRUBS OR HEDGES. THE CONCRETE SHALL BE REMOVED FROM
 THE TOP OF THE PLANTERS ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING AND LANDSCAPING SHALL BE INSTALLED IN THOSE
 PLANTERS. FIRECRACKER PLANT WOULD BE SUGGESTED BECAUSE
 IT FLOWERS MUCH OF THE YEAR AND WILL CASCADE OVER THE
 SIDE OF THE PLANTER.
  
 3. THE PROPOSED HEDGE ALONG THE NORTH AND EAST
 PERIMETER OF THE SITE SHALL BE PLANTED ALONG THE
 INTERIOR PERIMETER OF THE SITE WITH THE GROUND COVER
 PLANTED ON THE STREET SIDE OF THE LANDSCAPE STRIP.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C)(3)(B), THE TERMINAL
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND AT THE SOUTH END OF THE PARKING ROW
 SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM INSIDE DIMENSION OF FIVE (5) FEET,
 EXCLUDING THE REQUIRED CURB.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C)(5)(A), LANDSCAPE
 AREAS SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM VEHICULAR USE AREAS BY
 NONMOUNTABLE, CONCRETE CURBING OF THE TYPE
 CHARACTERIZED AS "TYPE D".
  
 6. PLEASE REDUCE THE LANDSCAPE STRIP ALONG THE EAST
 PERIMETER OF THE SITE TO ALLOW A 20 FOOT WIDE ACCESS
 INTO THE ALLEY FROM GEORGIA STREET. THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 MAY NEED TO BE ALTERED TO ACCOMMODATE THE PROPOSED
 ACCESS POINTS.
  
 7. AN ADDITIONAL 81/2 FOOT WIDE PARKING STALL CAN BE
 ADDED AT THE SOUTH END OF THE CURRENT ROW OF PARKING,
 ADJACENT TO THE LAST PARKING STALL. THE LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND SHALL BE SHIFTED TOWARD THE SOUTH TO TERMINATE
 THE PARKING ROW.
  
 8., SUBMIT A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE
 TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR. IT
 SHALL BE BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
  
 9. PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE EVALUATION
 OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE XERISCAPE DESIGN
 OPTIONS.
  
 10. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), ALL ELEMENTS IN
 THIS SECTION SHALL BE REQUIRED WHEN SUBMITTING A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 11. ALL UTILITIES, OVERHEAD LINES, EASEMENTS, STREET
 LIGHTS AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT MAY IMPACT THE PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPING SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 12. PLEASE PROVIDE A CURRENT SURVEY.
  
 13. IF THERE ARE ANY OVERHEAD LINES IN CLOSE PROXIMITY
 TO THE PROPOSED TREES, THE TREE SPECIES WILL NEED TO BE
 CHANGED TO COMPLY WITH FPL'S "PLANT THE RIGHT TREE IN
 THE RIGHT PLACE" GUIDELINES FOR WHAT CAN BE PLANTED
 NEAR OR ADJJACENT TO OVERHEAD LINES.
  
 14, PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-44 (B), WALLS THAT COMPOSE A
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH SHRUBS AND
 HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT INTERVALS.
