 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN
 FORMAT.
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR): AS THE VALUE OF
 THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE
 (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3)
 (A), EACH ROW OF PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE FEET IN WIDTH
 (EXCLUDING THE REQUIRED CURB) AND NOT LESS THAN THE
 LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL. THE LANDSCAPED
 ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING
 TREE. THE PROPOSED PARKING ROW NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED
 AT BOTH ENDS WITH LANDSCAPE ISLANDS. IN ADDITION, THE
 PROPOSED PARKING, AS SHOWN, DOES NOT FUNCTION. IT
 BLOCKS VEHICULAR TRAFFIC FROM CIRCULATING AROUND THE
 SITE AND OBSTRUCTS MOVEMENT IN AND OUT FROM THE PUMPS.
  
 3. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (4),
 FOR OTHER PAVED AREAS UTILIZED BY MOTOR VEHICLES,
 INCLUDING AISLES, LOADING AREAS, AND CIRCULATION AREAS,
 ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PROVIDED AS FOLLOWS:
 FOUR SQUARE FEET OF LANDSCAPED AREA SHALL BE REQUIRED
 FOR EACH 100 SQUARE FEET, OR FRACTION THEREOF. THIS
 CALCULATION HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED AND THE CALCULATIONS
 THAT WERE PROVIDED DO NOT ALL MEET MINIMUM
 REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE SHOW HOW YOU ARRIVED AT THE OPEN
 SPACE. ALTERATIONS OF THE SITE WILL BE REQUIRED TO MEET
 THE MINIMUM STANDARDS.
  
 4. REPEAT COMMENTS: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (E), AT
 LEAST 30 PERCENT OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE EXTERIOR
 OF ALL COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES SHALL BE PLANTED WITH
 TREES, SHRUBS OR HEDGES. NO FOUNDATION PLANTING HAS
 BEEN PROVIDED. THE SIDEWALK ALONG THE WEST BUILDING
 ELEVATION COULD BE REMOVED TO ALLOW FOR PLANTING.
  
 5. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (G)
 (3) (II), IN ALL AREAS THAT ARE TO BE PLANTED IN A
 CULTIVATED LANDSCAPE, IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 DESIGNED TO HAVE 120 PERCENT COVERAGE. THIS INCLUDES
 THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY. THE PLAN INDICATES THAT ALL AREAS
 WILL RECEIVE 100% COVERAGE.
  
 6. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) (2),
 THE BUFFER STRIP THAT SEPARATES THE NONRESIDENTIAL USE
 ADJACENT TO A PUBLIC THOROUGHFARE MAY NOT BE
 INTERRUPTED BY MORE THAN 25 PERCENT OF ITS REQUIRED
 LENGTH TO PROVIDE FOR SIGNS OR VEHICULAR INGRESS AND
 EGRESS. THE ACCESS POINTS ALONG SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY
 NEED TO BE REDUCED IN WIDTH THE SOUTH ACCESS SHALL BE
 REDUCED TO 24 FEET AND THE NORTH SHALL BE REDUCED TO 36
 FEET OR LESS. THIS DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM
 REQUIREMENTS BUT IT DECREASES THE NONCONFORMITY. THE
 ACCESS ALONG SOUTHERN BOULEVARD SHOULD BE REDUCED IF
 POSSIBLE.
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), ALL OF THE
 RELEVANT ITEMS ENUMERATED IN THIS SECTION SHALL BE
 SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS OF
 THE VARIOUS 'VAULTS' SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. THEY
 SHALL BE REMOVED IF THEY ARE NOT NEEDED.
  
 8. THE PROPOSED GATES FOR THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE CANNOT
 OPEN INTO A TRAVEL LANE AND THE REAR OF THE ENCLOSURE
 CANNOT ENCROACH INTO THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE BUFFER.
  
 9. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) (2) (4), AT LEAST ONE
 (1) SHADE TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EVERY 30 LINEAR
 FEET OR FRACTION THEREOF ALONG THE REQUIRED EAST
 BUFFER. THE TREES SHALL BE EVENLY SPACED.
