 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENT IN WRITTEN
 FORMAT.
  
 1. MAINTENANCE OF TREES IN THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY ARE THE
 RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNER. THE
 THREE (3) BISCHOVIA TREES ALONG BROWARD AVENUE ARE
 CONSIDERED TO BE A NUISANCE SPECIES IN PALM BEACH
 COUNTY AND HAVE BEEN HATRACKED. ONE OF THE TREES HAS
 MULTIPLE TRUNKS AND NONE OF THEM MEET ANY MINIMUM
 GRADING REQUIREMENTS. THEY SHALL BE REMOVED. STAFF
 RECOMMENDS THAT A STREET TREE PLANTING OF LIVE OAKS BE
 INSTALLED ALONG THE RIGHT-OF-WAY, ADJACENT TO BROWARD
 AVENUE.
  
 2. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION PERMIT IS
 REQUIRED. INCLUDE THE LANDSCAPE COST ESTIMATE WHEN
 APPLYING FOR THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
  
 3. THE PROPOSED SHADOWBOX FENCE ALONG THE NORTH
 PROPERTY LINE SHALL BE INSTALLED ALONG THE PROPERTY
 LINE TO ACCOMMODATE THE PROPOSED HEDGE AND TREES. THERE
 IS AN INSUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF SPACE TO PLANT THE HEDGE
 AND TREES, AS PROPOSED. IN ADDITION, THERE IS A GRADE
 CHANGE BETWEEN THIS PROPERTY AND THE NEIGHBORING
 PROPERTY TO THE NORTH. A RETAINING WALL WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO HOLD BACK THE GRADE.
  
 4. THE YELLOW TABEBUIA ALONG THE WEST PERIMETER SHALL
 BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A GEIGER TREE TO BE
 CONSISTENT WITH THE REMAINDER OF THE TREES ALONG THAT
 SIDE AND BECAUSE IT IS DIRECTLY ABUTTING THE SIDEWALK
 AND SURROUNDED BY ASPHALT. IT WILL NOT SURVIVE THE
 ASPHALT REMOVAL AND IT WILL EVENTUALLY CRACK THE CITY
 SIDEWALK IF LEFT IN PLACE.
