 1. PLEASE IDENTIFY ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN ALL EXISTING
 TREES THAT ARE TO REMAIN. ALL TREES TO REMAIN SHALL BE
 OF AN APPROVED SPECIES AND SHALL BE FLORIDA #1 GRADE OR
 BETTER. OTHERWISE, THEY WILL NEED TO BE CORRECTIVELY
 PRUNED BY A CERTIFIED ARBORIST IF THEY CAN BE BROUGHT
 BACK TO A GOOD CONDITION OR THEY WILL NEED TO BE
 REMOVED. IF THE EXISTING TREES ARE TOO CLOSE TO
 OVERHEAD LINES, THEY THEY WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED. ALL
 TREES ON SITE SHALL COMPLY WTH FPL'S "PLANT THE RIGHT
 TREE IN THE RIGHT PLACE" GUIDELINES THAT REGULATES THE
 TREE SPECIES THAT CAN BE PLANTED NEAR OF UNDER POWER
 LINES.
  
 2. THE PERIMETER LANDSCAPE BUFFER SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF
 FIVE (5) FEET IN WIDTH, EXCLUDING THE REQUIRED CURB.
  
 3. THE PROPOSED FENCE ALONG THE WEST PERIMETER SHALL BE
 INSTALLED ALONG THE INTERIOR PERIMETER OF THE LANDSCAPE
 SETBACK WITH THE HEDGE ON THE STREET SIDE OF THE
 FENCE.THE HEDGE ADJACENT TO BUTLER STREET, IMMEDIATELY
 SOUTH OF THE BUILDING CAN BE REMOVED TO IMPROVE THE
 VISTA. A HEDGE SHALL BE PLANTED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
 THE FIRST ANGLED PARKING STALL.
  
 4. IN ORDER TO CREATE A LARGER LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG
 THE WEST PERIMETER OF THE SITE AND ALONG THE WEST
 ELEVATION OF THE BUILDING, THE CARSTOPS CAN BE REPLACED
 WITH CURBING AND THE ASHALT CAN BE REMOVED IN THE
 VEHICULAR OVERHANG AREA. NO PLANT MATERIALS CAN BE
 INSTALLED WITHIN THE OVERHANG AREA. THE AREA CAN BE
 MULCHED. THIS WILL ALLOW THE TREES ALONG THE WEST
 PERIMETER OF THE SITE TO HAVE MORE SPACE FOR THEIR ROOT
 SYSTEM AND TO ALLOW VERTICAL LANDSCAPE ELEMENTS TO BE
 INSTALLED ALONG THE WEST BUILDING ELEVATION. THE
 TRIANGULAR AREAS AT THE HEAD OF THE ANGLE PARKNG STALLS
 COULD ALSO BE CUT OUT AND LANDCAPED.
  
 5. THE LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS CAN NOT BE VERIFIED
 WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT EXISTING TREES ARE BEING COUNTED.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B), GARBAGE CONTAINERS
 AND ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE COMPLETELY
 SCREENED. PLEASE IDENTIFY THESE ITEMS AND SHOW THOW
 THEY WILL BE SCREENED.
  
 7. VERTICAL LANDSCAPE ELEMENTS SHALL BE INCORPORATED
 INTO THE FOUNDATION PLANTING ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF
 THE BUIDLING
  
 8. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-446 (1), SOIL IN LANDSCAPED
 AREAS SHALL BE FREE OF DEBRIS,, INCLUDING PAVING BASE
 OR FILL MATERIAL, AND CALCAREOUS MATERIALS SUCH AS
 SHELL, LIME ROCK, CONCRETE, PLASTER AND STUCCO.
 PLANTING AREAS CONTAINING EXCESSIVE CALCAREOUS
 MATERIALS SHALL BE EXCAVATED TO A MINIMUM DEPTH OF TWO
 FEET.
  
 9. A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED IF ANY TREES
 WILL BE REMOVED OR RELOCATED.
  
 10. SUBMIT A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE
 TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR. IT
 SHALL BE BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
  
 11. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (A)(2)(C), AT LEAST ONE
 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PALNTED IN A REQUIRED
 BUFFER FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET OR PORTION THEREOF. THIS
 APPLIES TO THE NORTH PERIMETER OF THE SITE. THE SPACING
 BETWEEN SOME OF THE TREES EXCEEDS 30 FEET ALONG THAT
 SIDE. THE TREE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE
 CANNOT DOUBLE AS A REQUIRED TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND
 TREE AND PERIMETER TREE. THE TERMINAL ISLAND TREE NEEDS
 TO BE CLOSER TO THE PARKING STALL. ALSO, THE PALMS AT
 THE OTHER END OF THE LANDSCAPE STRIP, ADJACENT TO THE
 PARKING LOT, DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 12. SPACING OF THE TREES ALONG THE WEST PERIMETER OF
 THE SITE SHALL BE MORE UNIFORM AND NOT EXCEED 30 FEET.
  
 13. SITE LIGHTING, EASEMENTS, UTILITIES AND ANYTHING
 ELSE THAT MAY INTERFERE WITH THE LANDSCAPIING SHALL BE
 SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS.
