 1- PROVIDE UPDATED FORM FOR THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS.
 SEE 2009 REVISIONS TO THE 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE
 AND COMPLETE CORRECT UPDATED FORM. FORMS 1100C ARE NO
 LONGER USED.
 ***NOTES:
 A) PLEASE MAKE SURE FORM IS FILLED UP COMPLETELY AND
 WITH INFORMATION THAT MATCHES PLANS SUBMITTED.
 B) OWNER/AGENT TO SIGN AND DATE BOTTOM OF FORM.
  
 2- BRING PLANS TO THE PALM BEACH COUNTY TO VERIFY IF
 IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY
 OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
  
 3- SHEET SITE-1:
 A) REVISE DESIGN ASSUMPTION NOTES. ACCORDING TO SEC.
 R301.2.1.4.3 OF THE 2009 REVISIONS TO THE 2007 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON EXPOSURE
 "C" NOT "B".
  
 B) DESIGN ASSUMPTION NOTES ARE NOT LEGIBLE. THERE IS
 OVERLAPPING INFORMATION. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 C) SETBACK DIMENSIONS SHOWN ON THE PROPOSED SITE PLAN
 DON'T MATCH SURVEY. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 D) SPECIFY THE ATTIC LIVE LOADS AS REQUIRED BY TABLE
 R301.5 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 4- SHEET S-2:
 A) REVISE ROOF DIAPHRAGM NAILING DETAIL AND
 SPECIFICATIONS. SEE FIGURE R301.2(7) FOR CORRECT ROOF
 ZONE 3 IDENTIFICATION (NEED TO INCLUDE THE HIP ROOF
 CORNERS) AND SEC. R803.2.3.1 OF 2007 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE FOR CORRECT ROOF ZONE 3 NAILING
 SPACING (ZONE 3 REQUIRES 4" O.C. AT EDGES AND
 INTERMEDIATE).
  
 5- OWES $2.10 FOR RADON FEES.
  
 6- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR HARDIBOARD TO BE INSTALLED. SEE
 PLANS SUBMITTED.
  
 7- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 8- ROOF PITCH OF 3:12 REQUIRES TWO LAYERS OF
 UNDERLAYMENT. SEC. R905.2.2 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE. SPECIFY ON PLANS THAT 2 LAYERS OF UNDERLAYMENT
 ARE REQUIRED.
  
 9- REVISE THICKNESS OF STUCCO SPECIFIED ON PLANS. TABLE
 R702.1(1) OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE REQUIRES
 7/8" THICKNESS NOT 3/4".

 REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 472 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 12- SOIL TEST REPORT TO HAVE ENGINEER'S ORIGINAL
 SIGNATURE (NOT COPY) AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 471 FLORIDA
