 ITEMS ARE EXISTING UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. THE PLANS
 DON???T INDICATE WHAT ALREADY EXISTS AND WHAT IS NEW.
 IF ELECTRICAL ALREADY EXISTS IN ANY PARTICULAR LOCATION
 IT IS TYPICALLY LABELED WITH AN *E* FOR EXISTING. WHEN
 ELECTRICAL ON PLANS ARE NOT NOTED WITH AN E OR N TO
 DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN THE TWO THEN EVERYTHING IS LOOKED
 AT AS BEING NEW TO BE INSTALLED. IN EITHER CASE THERE
 ARE COMMENTS BELOW WHICH MAY BE HANDLED BY INDICATING
 EXISTING OR THEY MAY NEED TO BE INSTALLED AS NEW.

 CODE. HOWEVER NO SPECIFIC CODE WAS STATED ON PLANS FOR
 APPLICATION DATE. PER FS 553.73, FBC 2007 WITH 2009
 REVISIONS THE FOLLOWING CODES IS THE CURRENT ADOPTED
 CODES WHICH SHOULD BE STATED ON PLANS.

 250.24. AS THE FIRST MEANS OF DISCONNECT IS BONDED YOU
 WOULD NOT BRING AN EQUIPMENT GROUNDING CONDUCTOR AS
 THIS WOULD PARALLEL THE NEUTRAL. THIS CREATES
 OBJECTIONABLE CURRENTS
  
 7) NOTE: A NEW DOOR IS BEING INSTALLED FROM AN EXISTING
 WINDOW WHICH IS CREATING A NEW EXIT TO OUTSIDE. THIS
 REQUIRES A NEW LIGHT AND LIGHTING OUTLET CONTROL.

 LOAD CALCULATIONS PER NEC. PLEASE SEE NEC 220 FOR
 RESIDENTIAL. SOME SPECIFIC SECTIONS WOULD BE 220.10,
 220.12, 220.42, 220.52, ETC
 SEE NEXT COMMENT ALSO.
  
 10) NOTE: PLEASE SEE 422.13 AS STORAGE TYPE WATER
 HEATERS ARE CONSIDERED CONTINUOUS LOADS. SEE NEC
 COMMENTARY AS THE LAST SENTENCE STATES WHEN SIZING FOR
 SERVICE AND FEEDERS THIS IS CONSIDERED A CONTINUOUS
 LOAD. THIS MEANS THE WATER HEATER 4500VA SHALL BE
 FIGURED AT 125% INTO LOAD CALCULATIONS.
  
 11) NOTE: PLEASE PROVIDE AIC RATING FOR NEW SERVICE
 EQUIPMENT. 110.9
  
 12) NOTE: THE RISER INDICATES A #4 /0 FOR GROUNDING
 ELECTRODE. THE SYMBOL USED LENDS THIS TO BEING A
 CONDUCTOR MUCH LARGE THAN NEEDED. THIS MAY BE A
 MISPRINT OF SOME KIND?
  
 13) NOTE: RISER ALSO INDICATES ATTACHMENT TO BUILDING
 STEEL. IF THIS CONNECTION IS NOT ALREADY DONE, IT IS
 NOT REQUIRED BY 250.50 TO CHIP OUT THE EXISTING FOOTER
 STEEL TO ATTACH. THE AMOUNT OF STEEL AND CONNECTION
 POINT OF EXISTING STEEL WOULD NOT BE KNOWN. THIS WOULD
 ALSO AFFECT THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE EXISTING
 FOOTER.
 IF SHOWN ON PLANS, THEN IT WOULD BE EXPECTED TO ATTACH.
