 1) THE LANDSCAPE PLANS DO NOT SHOW THE SAME CONDITIONS
 AS THE SITE PLAN, SPECIFICALLY, THE DIMENSIONS OF THE
 LANDSCAPE AREA AND CURB LOCATIONS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
 THE BUILDING, AND THE INTERIOR PARKING AREA ON THE
 SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
  
 2) THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHALL SHOW THE FOOT CANDLE
 LEVELS AT THE WEST PROPERTY LINE - THIS SHALL NOT
 EXCEED 0.5 FOOT CANDLES.
  
 3) THE BMUD TYPE II REGULATIONS REQUIRE THAT THE
 FINISHED FLOOR TO FINISHED CEILING OF THE GROUND FLOOR
 BE AT LEAST 12 FEET - SHEET A-7 SHOWS THE CEILING
 HEIGHT OF 11 FEET 2 INCHES.
  
 4) THE LIGHT POST LOCATIONS SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN. PLEASE NOT THAT THERE APPEARS TO BE A
 TREE - POST CONFLICT ALONG THE WEST PROPERTY LINE.
  
 5) ANY NEW FENCES OR WALLS, EXCLUDING THE CART RETURN
 SCREEN, SIGNAGE, AND THE BENCHES REQUIRE SEPARATE
 PERMITS.
