 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING. THE SUBMITTAL OF THE
 REQUESTED INFORMATION MAY GENERATE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 2. THIS PROPERTY IS PART OF THE WINDWARD CAY
 RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ("RPD"), THE TWO (2)
 PROPOSED SIGNS (EAST AND WEST) ARE 6 FEET HIGH BY 10
 FEET WIDE VS. THE EXISTING ONES THAT ARE 4 FEET HIGH BY
 9 FEET WIDE, THESE SIGNS ARE NEW FREE-STANDING SIGNS,
 NOT A FACE-CHANGE OF THE SIGNS.
  
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-407(2) LOW-FREESTANDING
 RESIDENTIAL IDENTIFICATION SIGNS ARE ALLOWED WITH A
 MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF FOUR (4) FEET HIGH, WITH 48 SQUARE
 FEET PER SIGN FACE. ONLY ONE SIGN IS ALLOWED PER
 ENTRANCE.
  
 PROVIDE, PRIOR APPROVAL FROM THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT FOR THE EXISTING SIGNS. IF AN AMENDMENT TO
 THE RPD SHOWING EXISTING SIGNS WAS APPROVED, THEN AN
 APPLICATION FOR A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE RPD SHOWING
 THE PROPOSED SIGNAGE WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE FILED TO
 THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT AND APPROVED, PRIOR
 TO THE BUILDING PERMIT BEING APPROVED. SEE

 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR REQUIREMENTS OF A MINOR PD
 AMENDMENT.
  
 THE FOLLOWING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS
 SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS SUBMITTED:
  
 THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL SIGNAGE SHALL BE SHOWN
 ON A SITE DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR"). REFER TO THE ZLDR,
 SECTION 94-407(2) FOR SIGNAGE REGULATIONS.
