| SECTION 94-304(B)(3) OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND |
| DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), ACCESSORY STRUCTURES |
| SHALL BE LOCATED NO CLOSER THAN SIX (6) FEET TO THE |
| PRIMARY STRUCTURE. |

| 2) ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY SUBMITTED, ANOTHER ACCESSORY |
| STRUCTURE IS ALREADY LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY; THIS |
| STRUCTURE IS NOT LOCATED ON THE SITE PLAN. PLEASE |
| CLARIFY. IF THE STRUCTURE CURRENTLY EXISTS, PLEASE |
| INDICATE IT ON THE SITE PLAN AND LABEL AS "EXISTING". |

| 3) IF THE STRUCTURE ON THE SURVEY DOES EXIST, PLEASE |
| PROVIDE THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL EXISTING |
| ACCESSORY STRUCTURES. PURUSANT TO SECTION 94-304(B)(1) |
| OF THE CITY'S ZLDRS, THE TOAL AREA OF ALL ROOFED |
| ACCESSORY STRUCTURES SHALL NOT EXCEED 75 PERCENT OF THE |
| GROSS FLOOR AREA OF THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE, WITH A |
| MAXIMUM OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET. |

| EXISTING ABOVE-GROUND POOL. PLEASE CLARIFY AS TO |
