 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE THE SEPARATION DIMENSION BETWEEN THE
 PRIMARY RESIDENCE AND THE PROPOSED SHED. PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 94-304(B)(3) OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), ACCESSORY STRUCTURES
 SHALL BE LOCATED NO CLOSER THAN SIX (6) FEET TO THE
 PRIMARY STRUCTURE.
  
 2) ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY SUBMITTED, ANOTHER ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURE IS ALREADY LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY; THIS
 STRUCTURE IS NOT LOCATED ON THE SITE PLAN. PLEASE
 CLARIFY. IF THE STRUCTURE CURRENTLY EXISTS, PLEASE
 INDICATE IT ON THE SITE PLAN AND LABEL AS "EXISTING".
  
 3) IF THE STRUCTURE ON THE SURVEY DOES EXIST, PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL EXISTING
 ACCESSORY STRUCTURES. PURUSANT TO SECTION 94-304(B)(1)
 OF THE CITY'S ZLDRS, THE TOAL AREA OF ALL ROOFED
 ACCESSORY STRUCTURES SHALL NOT EXCEED 75 PERCENT OF THE
 GROSS FLOOR AREA OF THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE, WITH A
 MAXIMUM OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET.
  
 4) ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY SUBMITTED, THERE IS AN
 EXISTING ABOVE-GROUND POOL. PLEASE CLARIFY AS TO
 WHETHER OR NOT THIS CURRENTLY EXISTS. PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 94-304(D)(1)(B) OF THE CITY'S ZLDRS,
 ABOVE-GROUND POOLS ARE PROHIBITED. IF THE POOL
 CURRENTLY EXISTS, IT SHALL BE REMOVED PRIOR TO THE
 ISSUANCE OF THIS BUILDING PERMIT.
