 THERE ARE SEVERAL NEW COMMENTS BASED ON REVISED PLANS
 SUBMITTED. THE INFORMATION ON PREVIOUS PLANS WAS NOT
 THE SAME AS THE PLANS NOW SUBMITTED. NEW COMMENTS ARE
 BASED ON CHANGES NOW ABLE TO BE REVIEWED.
  
 1) NOTE: THIS IS NOTED FOR INFORMATION. SEE COMMENTS
 FROM OTHER TRADES. SHEET A1.01 IS NOT SIGNED, DATED OR
 SEALED IN EITHER SET SUBMITTED. THIS IS REQUIRED UNDER
 FS 481.221. THE ARCHITECT OF RECORD MAY PERSONALLY
 APPEAR TO SIGN AND SEAL PLANS. A TIME SHOULD BE SET UP
 WITH STAFF. THIS SHOULD BE NOTED BY OTHER TRADES.
  
 2 ) NOTE: COVER SHEET HAS A CONFLICT IN CODES. ONE ARE
 INDICATES A 2007 NEC AND THE OTHER 2005. THIS CAN BE
 RELINED AS THERE WAS NO 2007 CODE. ALL APPLICATIONS FOR
 PERMIT BEFORE OCTOBER 1ST, 2009 AND AFTER DECEMBER 8TH,
 2006 ARE UNDER THE 2005 NEC.
 NO NFPA-101 LISTED. THIS SHOULD BE 2006 AS NOTED ON
 PREVIOUS REVIEW.
  
 3) NOTE: THE NEWLY SUBMITTED LIGHTING PERFORMANCE
 CALCULATIONS NOW SUBMITTED FOR NEW INTERIOR AND
 EXTERIOR LIGHTING. HOWEVER PLEASE SEE PLANS AS THEY
 INDICATE THE 2004 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE WITH 2006
 SUPPLEMENTS.
 AFTER MARCH 1ST 2009, THE LIGHTING PERFORMANCE
 CALCULATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE DONE PER 13-415.AB.5
 FOR INTERIOR AND 13-415.AB.2.2 FOR EXTERIOR UNDER THE
 2007 FBC W/ 2009 SUPPLEMENTS. THERE WERE SUBSTANTIAL
 CHANGES MADE TO CHAPTER 13, IN FACT THE ENTIRE CHAPTER
 WAS REVISED.
 A FIXTURE SCHEDULE WAS NOT SUBMITTED THEREFORE LIGHTING
 ON PLANS AND CALCULATIONS CAN NOT BE VERIFIED. PLEASE
 SUBMIT. ( IT CAN ALWAYS BE REVISED AT A LATER DATE IF
 FIXTURES CHANGE)
 ** THE LIGHTING SHOWN ON ARCHITECTURAL PLANS FOR WALLS
 IS MORE THAN THE LIGHTING SHOWN ON THE ELECTRICAL
 PLANS. ( SCONCES AS ONE EXAMPLE)
  
 4) NOTE: THE NEWLY SUBMITTED LIGHTING PLANS DOES NOT
 INDICATE LIGHTING CONTROL DETAIL. HOW WILL OCCUPANCY
 SENSORS BE USED TO MEET FBC 13-415.AB.1.1,.1.2 AND
 .1.3. LINE VOLTAGE? LOW VOLTAGE? THE SYMBOL LEGEND ONLY
 INDICATES AN OCCUPANCY SENSOR.
 THERE IS A SWITCH AT THE REAR DOOR FOR KITCHEN LIGHTING
 AND ALSO CEILING INDICATES AN OC SENSOR HOWEVER IT IS
 UNCLEAR HOW THIS WILL BE DONE. THERE ARE SEVERAL WAYS
 OF INSTALLATION HOWEVER WITHOUT DETAILS WHICH CAN BE
 TYPICAL IT IS UNCLEAR AT THIS TIME. SEVERAL LIGHTING
 MANUFACTURE CONTAIN TYPICAL WIRING DETAILS ON THEIR
 WEBSITE WHICH CAN BE USED.
 STANDARD SINGLE POLE SWITCHES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE AS
 THERE ARE SOME SHOWN ON PLANS. PLEASE ALSO SEE .1.3 OF
 THE4 SECTION NOTED AS SEPARATE CONTROLS REQUIRED.
 EXTERIOR LIGHTING DOES INDICATE A PC FOR PHOTO-CELL.
  
 5) NOTE: A COMPLETELY NEW SERVICE RISER WAS SUBMITTED
 AND THERE ARE COMMENTS BELOW. THERE IS ITEMS INDICATED
 ON RISER WHICH ARE NOT CLEAR.
  
 A) SERVICE SIZE SHOWN FEEDING GUTTER TO PANEL *A* AND
 *B* IS SHOWN ON PLANS AS A 200AMP METER/MAIN COMBO. HOW
 IS THIS POSSIBLE WHEN THE LOAD ON THE CALCULATIONS FAR
 EXCEED THE RATING OF THIS SERVICE EQUIPMENT?
 ALL SERVICES SERVICE CONDUCTORS ARE TO BE RATED TO THE
 SIZE OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED AND THE LOAD SERVED.

 B) THE RISER INDICATES SEVERAL DIFFERENT LABELS TO
 EXISTING CONDUCTORS ETC HOWEVER IT IS UNCLEAR WHICH
 CONDUCTORS IS FOR WHICH SERVICE, RISER, AND CONDUCTOR.
 SEE RISER, JUST ABOVE THE METER MAIN COMBO THERE IS A
 NOTE FOR EXISTING CONDUCTORS FOR 3-3/0 AND 1-#6. WHAT
 IS THIS FOR? THE SERVICE EQUIPMENT JUST TO THE LEFT
 ALREADY INDICATES CONDUCTORS.
 IF THIS IS FOR RISER TO 200AMP METER/MAIN COMBO THE
 CONDUCTORS ARE NOT SUFFICIENT FOR SERVICE SIZE.
 IF THIS IS FOR RISER TO 200AMP METER/MAIN COMBO THE
 RISER INDICATES AND * EQUIPMENT GROUNDING CONDUCTOR*
 BEFORE THE FIRST MEANS OF DISCONNECT WHICH IS NOT
 PERMITTED. PLEASE SEE 250.6 AND 250.24 AS THIS WOULD
 PARALLEL THE NEUTRAL CREATING OBJECTIONABLE CURRENT.
  
 C) THE RISER JUST BELOW THE SERVICE METER/MAIN COMBO
 INDICATES EXISTING #2 AND EXISTING 1/0 HOWEVER THESE
 ARE GOING TO ANYTHING. WHAT ARE THESE FOR?
  
 D) THE LOAD CALCULATIONS FOR PANEL *B* INDICATES LOAD
 AT 196.4 AMPS AND NOTES THAT A 225AMP SERVICE IS
 SUFFICIENT. THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE WHEN THE MAIN FEEDING
 THIS SAME 225AMP MLO IS SHOWN ON RISER TO BE 200AMPS.
 THE SERVICE IS 200AMPS WHICH PLACES THIS LOAD OF 196
 AMP VERY CLOSE TO THE MAXIMUM RATING OF A 200AMP
 BREAKER.
 240.4, 230.76, 230.79, 230.70, 230.71, 215.5, ETC
  
 E) THE RISER DOES ALSO LIST 350MCM FOR SOMETHING
 HOWEVER EVEN IF THESE ARE THE SIZE CONDUCTORS IN
 GUTTER, THE SERVICE IS ONLY 200AMPS. THE SERVICE WILL
 BE REQUIRED TO BE UPGRADED. THE LOADS ALONE ARE 313
 PLUS AMPS AND 350MCM IS RATED FOR 310. THE CONDUCTORS
 ARE NOT SUFFICIENT.310.16, 110.14
  
 F) THE LOADS ON THE SERVICE ARE TO BE REVISED. WHERE
 ARE THE LOADS ON PANEL *A* FOR EXTERIOR LIGHTING? ALL
 CONTINUOUS LOADS INCLUDING LOADS ON EXTERIOR LIGHTING
 IS TO BE SHOWN AT 125%.
 THE LOAD FOR LIGHTING IS SHOWN AT 2VA PER SQ FT. IT IS
 NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE 2VA PER SQ FT IF THE ACTUAL
 LIGHTING LOAD IS HIGHER. THE LIGHTING FIXTURE LEGEND
 WAS SUBMITTED SO THIS CAN NOT BE CONFIRMED WHICH LOAD
 IS GREATER.
 NO TRACK LIGHTING LOADS ARE SHOWN?
 NO SHOW WINDOW LOADS ARE SHOWN? IF THERE IS WINDOW AREA
 ABOVE DOORS RECEPTACLES WILL BE REQUIRED. THE INTENT OF
 210.62 IS THAT QUITE OFTEN SIGNS ARE HUNG IN THESE
 AREAS.
 THE LOAD SHOWN FOR RECEPTACLES IS LESS THAN WHAT IS
 ACTUALLY ON PLANS. PLEASE SEE SECTIONS GIVEN FOR THE
 180VA PER RECEPTACLE. THE CALCULATIONS INDICATE 10,
 HOWEVER THERE ARE MORE CONVENIENCE OUTLETS ON PLANS.
 PLEASE SEE 220.12, 220.14, 220.42, AND 220.43. ETC
  
 6) NOTE: PLEASE SEE 210.8B2 AS ALL 15 AND 20AMP, 120V
 RECEPTACLES IN KITCHEN AREAS SHALL BE GFI/GFI
 PROTECTED. THIS IS REQUIRED WHETHER OR THESE ARE
 FEEDING COUNTER SPACE LOCATIONS.
 THERE IS NO GFI PROTECTION ON PANEL SCHEDULES OR ON
 PLANS.
 THIS INCLUDES BAR AREA RECEPTACLES. 210.8B3
  
 7) NOTE: PLEASE SEE 408.4 REVISED UNDER THE 2005 CODE.
 IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO USE *GENERAL LIGHTING OR GENERAL

 REQUIRED TO BE SPECIFIC TO ROOMS AND AREAS IN WHICH
