 IS NOT SHOWN ON THE PLANS. PLEASE SHOW THE EXISTING
 KITCHEN AREA, OR IF THE KITCHEN AREA IS TO BE DEMO'D
 PLEASE INDICATE. SECTION 106.1.2 (MORE INFORMATION
 REQUIRED). IF DEMOLITION OF THE KITCHEN AREA, THEN
 DEMOLITION WORK SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS OR A

 SEATING. IF ASSEMBLY CONCENTRATED, (CHAIRS ONLY - NOT
 FIXED), SHOW THE CHAIRS. IF ASSEMBLY STANDING SPACE.
 PLEASE INDICATE. IF ASSEMBLY UNCONCENTRATED, (TABLES &
 CHAIRS), SHOW THE TABLES & CHAIRS. SECTIONS 1004 &

 3. SHT A.02 MEN'S TOILET ROOM SHOWS THE EXISTING STALL
 WITH A LAV, BUT SHT A.03 SHOWS THE NEW STALL WITHOUT
 THE LAV. PER SECTION 11-4.1.6(1)(A), NO ALTERATION
 SHALL BE UNDERTAKEN WHICH DECREASES OR HAS THE EFFECT
 OF DECREASING ACCESSIBILITY OR USABILITY OF A BUILDING
 OR FACILITY BELOW THE REQUIREMENT FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION
 AT THE TIME OF ALTERATION. PER SECTION 11-4.1.6(1)(B)
 IF EXISTING ELEMENTS, SPACES, OR COMMON AREAS ARE
 ALTERED, THEN EACH SUBH ALTERED ELEMENT, SPACE,
 FEATURE, OR AREA SHALL COMPLY WITH THE APPLICABLE
 PROVISIONS OF SECTION 11-4.1.1 TO SECTION 11-4.1.3.,
 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION.
  
 4. A WATER ISOMETRIC RISER DIAGRAM IS REQUIRED FOR ALL
 NEW WORK. SECTION 106.3.5.1.3(3)(5)((10)(13).
  
 5. PER TABLE 403.1 A SERVICE SINK AND A DRINKING
 FOUNTAIN ARE REQUIRED. PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATION OF EACH
 REQUIRED FIXTURE.
  
 6. A WATER HEATER IS REQUIRED PER SECTION 607.1. PLEASE
 SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE REQUIRED WATER HEATER.
  
 7. BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF INFORMATION ON PLANS,
 DEPENDING ON COMMENT RESPONSES, MORE COMMENTS MAY BE
 FORTHCOMING.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE
 THE REVISION & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY
 PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER
 LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER,
 WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND
 WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. REMOVE
 ALL VOID SHEETS FROM ALL PLANS AND PLACE
 ONE SET OF THEM LOOSELY ON TOP OF THE
 COLLATED PLANS TO BE REVIEWED.
