 1. PLEASE INDICATE THE OCCUPANCY ON THE PLANS. SECTION
 106.3.5.1.1(2).
  
 2. A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR ON OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR
 A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO
 SECTIONS 403, 404 AND 405 OF THE EXISTING BUILDING
 CODE. SECTION 401.4. PLEASE INDICATE ON PLANS.
  
 3. MORE INFORMATION IS REQUIRED ON THE LAUNDRY ROOM.
 SECTION 106.1.2. IS THE LAUNDRY ROOM FOR UNIT ONE ONLY?
 IF NOT A FLOOR DRAIN IS REQUIRED PER SECTION 412.4 OF
 THE PLUMBING CODE. IF ONLY FOR APT. #1 THE A WASH
 MACHINE CONNECTION IS ALSO REQUIRED FOR APT. #2. TABLE
 403.1. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 4. SHT PL-1 THE SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM DOES NOT MEET
 CODE REQUIREMENTS. IN APT #1 THE VENT CONNECTIONS FOR
 THE TUB BATH BETWEEN THE W/C AND THE TUB AND BY THE W/C
 IN THE SHOWER ARE DRY HORIZONTAL VENTS WHICH ARE
 PROHIBITED. SECTIONS 905.3 & 905.4. -- IN APT #2 THE
 TUB IS NOT VENTED AS INDICATED. SECTION 901.2.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE
 THE REVISION & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY
 PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER
 LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER,
 WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND
 WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. REMOVE
 ALL VOID SHEETS FROM ALL PLANS AND PLACE
 ONE SET OF THEM LOOSELY ON TOP OF THE
 COLLATED PLANS TO BE REVIEWED.
