 MECHANICAL PLAN, THE UTILITY ROOM APPLIANCES AND A/C
 EQUIPMENT ARE LOCATED IN DIFFERENT LOCATION, PLEASE
 CORRELATE PLANS TO THE SAME LOCATION FOR ALL TRADES.

 3) SHEET 1 ALSO NEEDS TO CORRELATE THE PANEL SCHEDULE
 AND FLOOR PLAN TO REFLECT THE SAME CIRCUITRY IN THE
 PANEL SCHEDULEAS FLOOR PLAN. EXAMPLES ARE THE FLOOR
 PLAN INDICATES THE A/C CONDENSORS ON CIRCUIT 24-26WHERE
 AS THE PANEL SCHEDULE INDICATE 24-25. A/C HANDLER ON
 THE FLOOR PLAN ON CIRCUITS 2&4 IN PANEL SCHEDULE 2 IS
 GENERAL LIGHTING AND 4 IS RECEPTACLES.
 THERE ARE MORE THAN THESE DISCREPANCIES PLEASE REVIEW
 AND CORRECT. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.

 4) THE AIR COMPRESSORS ELECTRICAL SYSMBOL IS ACTUALLY
 DRAWN IN AS A 240 OULET NOT AS A REQUIRED DISCONNECT
 PLEASE CORRECT.
 440.11 GENERAL. THE PROVISIONS OF PART II ARE INTENDED
 TO REQUIRE DISCONNECTING MEANS CAPABLE OF DISCONNECTING
 AIRCONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATING EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING
 MOTORCOMPRESSORS AND CONTROLLERS FROM THE CIRCUIT
 CONDUCTORS. PLEASE INDICATE A TRUE DISCONNECT.
  
 5) FLOOR PLAN INDICATES (2) SUB-PANELS LABELED "B"
 WHERE AS THE RISER DIAGRAM ONLY INDICATES A SINGLE
 PANEL, AGAIN PLEASE IDENTIFY WHICH PANEL IS WHERE,
 PANEL A AND PANEL B.
  
 6) THE OTHER ISSUE IS THE NEW 200 AMP DISCONNECT
 BREAKER, IS MISSING THE A/C RATING. 110.9 INTERRUPTING
 RATING. EQUIPMENT INTENDED TO INTERRUPT CURRENT AT
 FAULT LEVELS SHALL HAVE AN INTERRUPTING RATING
 SUFFICIENT FOR THE NOMINAL CIRCUIT VOLTAGE AND THE
 CURRENT THAT IS AVAILABLE AT THE LINE TERMINALS OF THE
 EQUIPMENT. EQUIPMENT INTENDED TO INTERRUPT CURRENT AT
 OTHER THAN
 FAULT LEVELS SHALL HAVE AN INTERRUPTING RATING AT
 NOMINAL CIRCUIT VOLTAGE SUFFICIENT FOR THE CURRENT THAT
 MUST BE INTERRUPTED .
  
 7A) FLOOR PLAN ALSO INDICATES THE UTILITY ROOM PANEL
 JUST THE WIDTH OF THE PANEL PLEASE REVIEW: 408.4
 CIRCUIT DICTIONARY. ALL CIRCUITS AND CIRCUIT
 MODIFICATINS SHALL BE LEGIBLY IDENTIFIED AS TO PURPOSE
 OR USE ON A CIRCUIT DIRECTORY LOCATED ON THE FACE OR
 INSIDE OF THE PANEL DOOR IN THE CASE OF A PANEL OARD,
 AND AT EACH SWITCH ON A SWITCHBOARD. NOTE IDENTIFY
 CIRCUITS BY ROOM NOT GENERAL LIGHTING OR RECEPTACLES.
  
 7B) PANEL LOCATIONS NEED TO COMPLY WITH: 110.26 (1)
 DEPTH OF WORKING SPACE, (2) WIDTH OF WORKING SPACE &
 (3) HEIGTH OF WORKING SPACE. FOR BOTH PANEL LOCATIONS.
 THE DEDICATED ELECTRICAL SPACE MUST BE CLEAR OF ANY
 PIPING, DUCTS, LEAK PROTECTION APPARATUS, OR EQUIPMENT
 FOREIGN TO THE ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION. PLUMBING,
 HEATING, VENTILATION, AND
 AIR-CONDITIONING PIPING, DUCTS, AND EQUIPMENT MUST BE
 INSTALLED OUTSIDE THE WIDTH AND DEPTH ZONE.
  
 8) NOTE THE PANEL SCHEDULE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE RANGE,
 WATER HEATER NOR DRYER SYMBOL INDICATING ELECTRICAL
 CONNECTIONS, IT IS UNKNOWN IF THESE APPLIANCES ARE
 ELECTRIC OR GAS, IF GAS THE SMOKE ALARMS WILL ALSO NEED
 TO BE CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS ALSOFL S S 553.885.
  
 9) THE BACK REAR BEDROOM DOES INDICATE A SMOKE ALARM
 WITHIN THE UNIT BUT NOT ONE OUTSIDE OF THE BEDROOM THIS
