 401.4 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE
 OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO
 SECTIONS 403, 404 AND 405 OF THIS CODE.
  
 2) THE PERMIT APPLICATION UNDER DESCRIPTION OF WORK
 DOES NOT PROVIDE WHAT ELECTRICAL UPGRADES ARE GOING TO
 TAKE PLACE UNDER THIS PERMIT, PLEASE PROVIDE AN
 ITEMIZED LIST OF WHAT ELECTRICAL UPGRADES ARE TO OCCUR,
 THE ELECTRICAL LIST FROM 09080250 WOULD BE MUCH THE
 SAME FOR THIS PERMIT BUT NOT KNOWING WHAT WILL BE
 COVERED MAKES THE REVIEW SOMEWHAT MEANINGLESS. THESE
 COMMEENTS WILL BE GENERALLITIES UNTIL THE EXTENT OF
 WORK IS KNOWN.
  
 106.1.1 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION,
 NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN
 DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
 CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND
 REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 3) DISCREPANCY IN ELECTRICAL PANEL, CIRCUITS 12-13 ARE
 DESINATED FOR A/C COMPRESSOR WHEREAS THE PLANS INDICATE
 CIRCUITS 16& 18.
  
 4) THE AIR COMPRESSORS ELECTRICAL SYSMBOL IS ACTUALLY
 DRAWN IN AS A 240 OULET NOT AS A REQUIRED DISCONNECT
 PLEASE CORRECT.
 440.11 GENERAL. THE PROVISIONS OF PART II ARE INTENDED
 TO REQUIRE DISCONNECTING MEANS CAPABLE OF DISCONNECTING
 AIRCONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATING EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING
 MOTORCOMPRESSORS AND CONTROLLERS FROM THE CIRCUIT
 CONDUCTORS. PLEASE INDICATE A TRUE DISCONNECT.
  
 5) FLOOR PLAN INDICATES A JUNCTION BOX IN THE KITCHEN,
 IS THIS TRUELY A JUNCTION BOX OR THE PANEL, IF A
 JUNCTION BOX WHERE IS THE PANEL?
  
 6) THE OTHER ISSUE IS THE NEW 200 AMP DISCONNECT
 BREAKER, IS MISSING THE A/C RATING. 110.9 INTERRUPTING
 RATING. EQUIPMENT INTENDED TO INTERRUPT CURRENT AT
 FAULT LEVELS SHALL HAVE AN INTERRUPTING RATING
 SUFFICIENT FOR THE NOMINAL CIRCUIT VOLTAGE AND THE
 CURRENT THAT IS AVAILABLE AT THE LINE TERMINALS OF THE
 EQUIPMENT. EQUIPMENT INTENDED TO INTERRUPT CURRENT AT
 OTHER THAN
 FAULT LEVELS SHALL HAVE AN INTERRUPTING RATING AT
 NOMINAL CIRCUIT VOLTAGE SUFFICIENT FOR THE CURRENT THAT
 MUST BE INTERRUPTED .
  
 7A) PANEL SCHEDULE REQUIRED PLEASE REVIEW: 408.4
 CIRCUIT DICTIONARY. ALL CIRCUITS AND CIRCUIT
 MODIFICATINS SHALL BE LEGIBLY IDENTIFIED AS TO PURPOSE
 OR USE ON A CIRCUIT DIRECTORY LOCATED ON THE FACE OR
 INSIDE OF THE PANEL DOOR IN THE CASE OF A PANEL OARD,
 AND AT EACH SWITCH ON A SWITCHBOARD. NOTE IDENTIFY
 CIRCUITS BY ROOM NOT GENERAL LIGHTING OR RECEPTACLES.
  
 7B) PANEL LOCATIONS NEED TO COMPLY WITH: 110.26 (1)
 DEPTH OF WORKING SPACE, (2) WIDTH OF WORKING SPACE &
 (3) HEIGTH OF WORKING SPACE. FOR BOTH PANEL LOCATIONS.
 THE DEDICATED ELECTRICAL SPACE MUST BE CLEAR OF ANY
 PIPING, DUCTS, LEAK PROTECTION APPARATUS, OR EQUIPMENT
 FOREIGN TO THE ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION. PLUMBING,
 HEATING, VENTILATION, AND
 AIR-CONDITIONING PIPING, DUCTS, AND EQUIPMENT MUST BE
 INSTALLED OUTSIDE THE WIDTH AND DEPTH ZONE.
  
 8) NOTE THE PANEL SCHEDULE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE RANGE(
 GAS), NOR DRYER SYMBOL INDICATING ELECTRICAL
 CONNECTIONS, IT IS UNKNOWN IF THESE APPLIANCES ARE
