 WHAT LEVEL ALTERATION WILL BE COMPLETED UNDERTHIS
 PERMIT.
 401.4 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE
 OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO
 SECTIONS 403, 404 AND 405 OF THIS CODE.
  
 2) 106.1.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE & EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED & SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 AND RULES AND REGULATIONS AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. SHEET A-001 & A-002 INDICATE A MAINTENANCE
 SHOP FIRST FLOOR AND WHAT APPEARS TO BE A MEZZANINE
 LEVEL ABOVE. THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE THE SQUARE
 FOOTAGE OF THE ROOM ( FIRST FLOOR) TO DETERMINE IF THIS
 AREA IS A TRUE MEZZANINE, PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 505.2
 AREA LIMITATIONS ON MEZZANINES.
  
 3) THE SECOND ISSUE WHICH CAN NOT BE ANSWERED AT THIS
 TIME IS THE OPENNESS REQUIREMENTS (505.4) FOR MEZZANNE
 IT APPEARS EXCEPTION# 1MAY APPLY BUT WITH NOT KNOWING
 THE FLOOR AREA BELOW AND IF TTHE EXISTING OFFICE AND
 CONFERENCE ROOM ARE CONSIDERED PART OF TTHE ENCLOSED
 MEZZANINE THE OCCUPANT LOAD MAY THEN RISE ABOVE 10.
  
 4A) WITH ONLY SHOWING A PORTION OF THE BUILDING THE
 NEXT ISSUE IT APPEARS THIS BUILDING IS TO BE CONSIDERED
 A MIXED OCCUPANCY OR DOES THE MAINTENCE SHOP MEET THE
 REQUIREMENT 508.3.1 ACCESSORY OCCUPANCIES BETWEEN THE
 MAINTENANCE SHOP AND THE BUSINESS OCCUPANCY. IF NOT
 PLEASE PROVIDE OCCUPANCY SEPERATION AND OPENING
 PROTECTIVES.

 BE INSTALLED ON A SUSPENDED CEILINGWITH REMOVABLE
 PANELS.
