 1) PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
 NOTE THAT NEW COMMENTS MAY BE GENERATED BASED ON
 REVISED PLANS AND NEW INFORMATION.
  
 2) THE COMMENT RESPONSE FROM GEORGE FRAKER, DATED
 SEPTEMBER 7, 2009, DID NOT SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESS THE
 ZONING COMMENTS.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: THE PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY
 APPRAISER VALUES THE STRUCTURES ON SITE AT $184,588.
 THE LISTED PERMIT VALUE IS $136,206. BECAUSE THE VALUE
 OF THE PERMIT EXCEEDS 50% OF THE VALUE OF THE
 STRUCTURE, A LANDSCAPE PLAN, MEETING ALL LANDSCAPE
 PROVISIONS OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS AND PREPARED BY A REGISTERED LANDSCAPE
 ARCHITECT, IS REQUIRED. ANY DEFICIENCIES ARE REQUIRED
 TO BE CORRECTED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE STRUCTURE.
  
 3) THIS PERMIT SEEMS TO BE AN ATTEMPT AT RE-ACTIVATING
 AN EXPIRED PERMIT THAT HAD SOME LEVEL OF WORK DONE. THE
 SUBMITTED PLANS WITH 2005 STAMPS DO NOT INCLUDE A STAMP
 THAT SHOWS THAT THE SPECIFIC 2005 PLANS WERE APPROVED
 BY ZONING. WHILE THE PERMIT RECORD DOES SHOW ZONING
 APPROVED A PERMIT IN FEBRUARY OF 2005, IT IS YOUR
 OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE PLAN
 APPROVED BY ZONING INCLUDED THE ITEMS LISTED IN #6 AND
 #7 BELOW, OR THE REVISED PLANS SHALL REMOVE THE ROOFED
 PORCH/VERANDA ADDITION AND THE NEW EXTENDED A/C SPACE
 ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
  
 4) REPEAT COMMENT: THE "EXISTING" SITE PLAN SHOWS THE
 NEW WORK. TITLE IS MISLEADING. IF IN FACT THE "NEW
 WORK" WAS FINALLED, THEN NEW PLANS SHALL SHOW THIS AS
 EXISTING AND NOT NEW.
  
 5) REPEAT COMMENT: NO NORTH ARROW IS PROVIDED ON THE
 SITE PLAN.
  
 6) REPEAT COMMENT: THE NEW ROOFED PORCH/VERANDA
 ADDITION ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING IS
 REQUIRED TO BE SET BACK A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET FROM
 THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE.
  
 7) REPEAT COMMENT: THE NON-CONFORMING STRUCTURE
 CONTAINING THE NON-CONFORMING USE (TOO MUCH DENSITY)
 MAY NOT ADD SQUARE FOOTAGE, SPECIFICALLY THE NEW
 EXTENDED A/C SPACE PROPOSED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING. THE BUILDING MAY BE ENLARGED ONLY IF IT IS
 RECONSTRUCTED AS A SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE.
  
 8) REPEAT COMMENT: THE PLANS STATE THAT A TREE IS BEING
 REMOVED. THIS REQUIRES A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT. THE
 CANOPY VALUE OF THE REMOVED TREE SHALL BE REPLACED ON
