 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN
 FORMAT.
  
 1. PLEASE CHANGE NOTES TO REFERENCE THE CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH INSTEAD OF THE CITY OF GREENACRES.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE
 XERISCAPE POINT SYSTEM.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C)(2), VEHICULAR USE
 AREAS SHALL BE SCREENED FROM THOROUGHFARES BY A
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER OF AT LEAST FIVE FEET IN WIDTH. SHADE
 TREES SHALL BE PLANTED AT 30-FOOT INTERVALS. THE NORTH
 PERIMETER OF THE SITE DOES NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS.
 IF A FENCE IS PROPOSED, IT SHALL BE PLACED ALONG THE
 INTERIOR PERIMETER OF FHE LANDSCAPE SETBACK WITH THE
 REQUIRED HEDGE PLANTED ON THE STREET SIDE OF THE FENCE.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (C), PALM TREES MAY BE
 SUBSITUTED FOR NOT MORE THAN 35 PERCENT OF THE SHADE OR
 FLOWERING TREES REQUIRED BY THIS ARTICLE. WHEN PALM
 TREES ARE SUBSTITUTED FOR SHADE TREES, TWO PALM TREES
 SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH REQUIRED SHADE TREE.
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (B), WHENEVER THE CLUSTERING
 OF PALM TREES IS UTILIZED, A MINIMUM OF THREE PALM
 TREES PER CLUSTER SHALL BE REQUIRED. THIS APPLIES TO
 THE PROPOSED SABAL PALMS AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE
 SITE.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO TABLE XIV-1, TREES SHALL BE PLANTED AT
 30-FOOT INETERVALS FOR EACH REQUIRED LANDSCAPE BUFFER.
 THIS APPLIES TO THE WEST PERIMETER OF THE SITE. PLEASE
 REFER TO ITEM NUMBER 4 ABOVE REGARDING THE USE OF SABAL
 PALMS.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C)(3), OFF-STREET
 PARKING LOTS CONTAINING AT LEAST 12 INTERIOR PARKING
 SPACES SHALL CONTAIN LANDSCAPE AREAS. THE TOTAL SIZE OF
 SUCH LANDSCAPED AREAS SHALL BE EQUAL TO TEN SQUARE FEET
 OF FOR EACH PARKING SPACE AND SHALL BE PROVIDED WITHIN
 THE INTEIOR OF AN OFF-STREET PARKING AREA. LANDSCAPED
 AREAS SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING
 TREE FOR EACH 100 SQUARE FEET OF REQUIRED LANDSCAPE
 AREA. A MINIMUM OF 75 PERCENT OF ALL TREES THAT ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE PLANTED WITHIN THE INTERIOR OF AN
 OFF-STREET PARKING AREA SHALL BE SHADE TREES.
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C)(3)(A), EACH ROW OF
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY LANDSCAPED
 ISLANDS OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE FEET IN WIDTH AND NOT
 LESS THAN THE LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL. THE
 LANDSCAPED ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR
 FLOWERING TREE.
  
 8. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C)(5)(A), LANDSCAPE
 AREAS SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM VEHICULAR USE AREAS BY
 NON-MOUNTABLE, CONCRETE CURBING OF THE TYPE
 CHARACTERIZED AS 'TYPE D'. NO CURBING HAS BEEN
 PROPOSED.
  
 9. PLEASE USE THE STANDARD CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH
 PARKING STALL DETAIL.
  
 10. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B), OUTDOOR GARBAGE OR
 TRASH RECEPTACLES SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED UNLESS
 APPROPRIATE SCREENING IS PROVIDED. SCREENING SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER
 DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD AND
 STEEL. WALLS SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH SHRUBS AND HEDGES
 PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT INTERVALS. A FOUR-SIDED ENCLOSURE
 WITH AN OBSCURING GATE IS REQUIRED. PLEASE USE THE
 STANDARD CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH DUMPSTER DETAIL.
  
 11. PUSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (E), AT LEAST 30 PERCENT
 OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE EXTERIOR OF ALL
 COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES SHALL BE PLANTED WITH TREES,
 SHRUBS OR HEDGES. ALL REMAINING , NONPAVED AREAS SHALL
 BE COVERED WITH GRASS, GROUND COVER AND MULCH. THE
 PAVEMENT SHALL BE REMOVED ALONG THE WEST AND NORTH
 SIDES OF THE BUILDING AND THE AREAS SHALL BE CONVERTED
 INTO GREEN SPACE. IN ADDITION TO A HEDGE AND OTHER
 PLANTING ALONG THESE TWO SIDES OF THE BUILDING,VERTICAL
 LANDSCAPE ELEMENTS TO COMPLIMENT THE ARCHITECTURE SUCH
 AS TRIPLE ALEXANDER PALMS ARE RECOMMENDED. IF THE
 LOADING SPACE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING IS
 PERMITTED, THEN TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS WILL BE
 REQUJRED. PLEASE REFER TO ITEM #7 ABOVE TO REFERENCE
 THE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 12, THE PARKING STALLS ARE REQUIRED TO BE A MINIMUM OF
 18 FEET IN LENGTH. THE PROPOSED 20 FOOT PARKING STALLS
 SHOULD BE REDUCED TO 18 FEET WITH THE ADDITIONAL AREA
 BEING CONVERTED INTO GREEN SPACE. THE ADDED SPACE WILL
 ALLOW TREES ALONG THE WEST PERIMETER (ADJACENT TO THE
 LARGE EXISTING HEDGE) TO HAVE MORE ROOM TO GROW.
  
 13. PLEASE PROVIDE A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT
 INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND
 LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
