| 11. PUSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (E), AT LEAST 30 PERCENT |
| OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE EXTERIOR OF ALL |
| COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES SHALL BE PLANTED WITH TREES, |
| SHRUBS OR HEDGES. ALL REMAINING , NONPAVED AREAS SHALL |
| BE COVERED WITH GRASS, GROUND COVER AND MULCH. THE |
| PAVEMENT SHALL BE REMOVED ALONG THE WEST AND NORTH |
| SIDES OF THE BUILDING AND THE AREAS SHALL BE CONVERTED |
| INTO GREEN SPACE. IN ADDITION TO A HEDGE AND OTHER |
| PLANTING ALONG THESE TWO SIDES OF THE BUILDING,VERTICAL |
| LANDSCAPE ELEMENTS TO COMPLIMENT THE ARCHITECTURE SUCH |
| AS TRIPLE ALEXANDER PALMS ARE RECOMMENDED. IF THE |
| LOADING SPACE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING IS |
| PERMITTED, THEN TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS WILL BE |
| REQUJRED. PLEASE REFER TO ITEM #7 ABOVE TO REFERENCE |

| 12, THE PARKING STALLS ARE REQUIRED TO BE A MINIMUM OF |
| 18 FEET IN LENGTH. THE PROPOSED 20 FOOT PARKING STALLS |

| BEING CONVERTED INTO GREEN SPACE. THE ADDED SPACE WILL |
