 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION STATES THAT THIS IS FOR
 GARAGE DOOR ANCHORS ONLY. THE PLANS SUPPLIED SHOW
 INTERIOR WORK AS WELL AS WORK IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NEW PARKING SPACES AND SIDEWALK
 WORK REQUIRE A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT FROM THE ENGINEERING
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
  
 2) PLEASE NOTE THAT PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF
 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR) IF
 THE VALUE OF THE PROPOSED WORK TO THE STRUCTURE EXCEEDS
 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT
 VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE),
 LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. THIS WILL
 BE VERIFIED AT THE TIME OF FULL INTERIOR RENOVATION
 PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 3) THE RELOCATION OF THE PARKING FROM THE INTERIOR OF
 THE BUILDING TO THE STREET HAS BEEN RECOGNIZED BY THE
 PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT AS SATISFYING THE
 REQUIREMENT TO RETAIN PARKING.
