 RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AND SHALL NOT EXCEED 0.5
 FOOTCANDLES.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT - STRIPING DETAIL SHALL BE PROVIDED
 FOR THE PARKING STALLS AND SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 CITY???S MINIMUM STANDARDS (SEE ATTACHED DETAIL).
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT - IS THERE ANY WAY TO ENCLOSE THE
 DUMPSTER LOCATED NEAR THE LOADING DOCKS? PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 94-444(B) OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, DUMPSTERS ARE TO BE COMPLETELY
 SCREENED. SCREENING SHALL CONSIST OF BRICK, DECORATIVE
 CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY
 DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. LANDSCAPING SHALL ALSO BE
 PROVIDED ALONG THE EXTERIOR OF THE WALL/FENCE AND SHALL
 CONSIST OF SHRUB OR HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO (2) FOOT
 INTERVALS.
