 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN
 FORMAT.
  
 1. LANDSCAPE COMMENTS MADE ON 7/9/09 HAVE NOT BEEN
 ADDRESSED.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C)(3)(A), EACH ROW OF
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY A LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND AND THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST
 ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE. THE ISLAND AT THE
 NORTHWEST PORTION OF THE SITE IS MISSING THE REQUIRED
 TREE.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (F)(11), TREES WHICH ARE
 INCLUDED AS PROHIBITED TREES PURSUANT TO SUBSECTION
 94-445(4)(I) SHALL BE REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF FROM THE
 ENTIRE SITE BEFORE A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY CAN BE
 OBTAINED.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (E)(1), AT LEAST 30
 PERCENT OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE EXTERIOR OF ALL
 COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES SHALL BE PLANTED WITH TREES,
 SHRUBS OR HEDGES. MUCH OF THE PLANTING SHOWN AROUND THE
 STRUCTURES IS SHOWN AS OPTIONAL. AT LEASE 30 PERCENT
 WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C)(3)(B), ONE INTERIOR
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EVERY TEN
 PARKING SPACES OR FRACTION THEREOF. ONE SHADE OR
 FLOWERING TREE IS REQUIRED IN EVERY INTEROR ISLAND.
 TREES ARE MISSING FROM THE IINTERIOR SLANDS THAT ARE
 CENTERED WITHIN THE TWO ROWS OF PARKING LOCATED EAST OF
 THE TENNIS COURTS. IN ADDTION, THE LANDSCAPE STRIP THAT
 SEPARATES THE DRIVE AISLE FROM THE ROW OF PARKING EAST
 OF THE TENNIS COURTS SHALL HAVE AT LEAST ONE TREE FOR
 EACH 30 LINEAR FEET. ADDITIONAL TREES WILL NEED TO BE
 PLANTED TO FULLY ESTABLISH THE TREE LINE.
