 1) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW) AFTER
 MARCH 1ST, 2009 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2007 FBC
 BUILDING WITH 2009 SUPPLEMENTS, THE ONLY REFERENCE TO
 THE 2007 FBC IS FOUND ON A6 IN REFERENCE TO WIND
 DESIGN, NOWHERE IS FOUND THE 2009 SUPPLEMENTS.
  
 2) SECOND REQUEST, NO PLANS WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE
 STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF THE PICNIC NOR TENNIS SHELTER.THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES "WITH SELECTED SITE
 IMPROVEMENTS, IS THIS INCLUDED??????
 PLANS ARE NOT CLEAR AS TO THE NATURE OF WORK. FOR
 EXAMPLE THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES PICNIC
 SHELTERS AND TENNIS SHELTERS.
 SHEET LS-3 INDICATES POLIGON SHELTERS 20'X20' OR
 22'X22'
 SHEET LD-2 INDICATES A 16'-8" X 16'-8" SHELTERS
 ARE BOTH OF THESE TO BE PICNIC SHELTERS? THERE IS NO
 DESIGN CRITERIA PROVIDED AT THIS TIME THE PLANS
 INDICATE "SUBJECT TO ONGOING DESIGN REVIEW.

 DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN
 THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF
 MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY
 WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE
 SPECIFIC TO THE TECHNICAL CODES .CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION,

 BUT THE EXPOSURE IS NOT PROVEDED. THIS LOCATION SHALL
 BE CONSIDERED A "C" ZONE HAS THAT EXPOSURE FACTOR BEEN
 INCLUDED INTO THE POLE AND LIGHT FIXTURE DESIGN. ASCE
 7-05.
  
 5) THE SAME ELECTRIC SHEETS ARE IN PLANS. SHEET E-6
 DOES INDICATE LIGHT POLE FIXTURE TYPES BUT THE EPA FOR
 FIXTURE TYPE WAS NOT PROVIDED. 106.1.2 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION REQUIRED./ ASCE 7-05.
  
 6) 2ND REQUEST. SHEET LS-3 INDICATES THERE TO BE A
 NAUTICAL PLAYGROND. PLEASE REVIEW THE "GUIDE TO ADA
 ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES FOR PLAY AREAS" FOR ACCESSIBLE
 ROUTE, PLAY COMPONENTS, GROUND LEVEL AND ELEVATED PLAY
 COMPONENTS BASED ON TABLE 15.6.2.2.

 PROFESSIONAL. THE ELEVATION NOR SHEET A6 INDICATE THE
 PRESSURES FOR WALL OPENINGS NOR WIND PRESSURES FOR
 ZONES 1,2 & 3.
  
 8) PLEASE PROVIDE ORIGINAL SIGNED AND SEALED SOILS
 REPORT. 1802.2.1 QUESTIONABLE SOIL. WHERE THE
 SAFE-SUSTAINING POWER OF THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT, OR WHERE
 A LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR TO THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS
 CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL REQUIRE
 THAT THE NECESSARY INVESTIGATION BE MADE. SUCH
 INVESTIGATION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF

 PLANS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE
 CHAPTER 11, SECTION 8.1 THROUGH 8.8. THERE ARE NO
