| ETC.). OVERALL HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED FROM FINISHED |
| GRADE TO THE MEAN POINT OF THE PITCHED ROOF. |

| 5) SETBACKS SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR ALL STRUCTURES (I.E. |
| PAVILIONS, BATHROOM BUILDING, ETC.). SETBACKS SHALL BE |
| MEASURED FROM THE EXTERIOR OF THE STRUCTURE TO ADJACENT |
| PROPERTY LINES. |

| 6) IS THERE ANY WAY TO ENCLOSE THE DUMPSTER LOCATED |
| NEAR THE LOADING DOCKS? PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444(B) |
| OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, |
| DUMPSTERS ARE TO BE COMPLETELY SCREENED. SCREENING |
| SHALL CONSIST OF BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER |
| DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD AND |
| STEEL. LANDSCAPING SHALL ALSO BE PROVIDED ALONG THE |
