 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1) TWO (2) COPIES OF CURRENT / ACCURATE SURVEY SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 2) THE OVERALL BUILDING HEIGHT SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR
 ALL STRUCTURES (I.E. PAVILIONS, BATHROOM BUILDING,
 ETC.). OVERALL HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED FROM FINISHED
 GRADE TO THE MEAN POINT OF THE PITCHED ROOF.
  
 3) PHOTOMETRIC LEVELS SHALL BE EXTENDED TO THE NORTH
 PROPERTY LINE ADJACENT TO THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
 AND SHALL NOT EXCEED 0.5 FOOTCANDLES.
  
 4) STRIPING DETAIL SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE PARKING
 STALLS AND SHALL COMPLY WITH THE CITY???S MINIMUM
 STANDARDS (SEE ATTACHED DETAIL).
  
 5) SETBACKS SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR ALL STRUCTURES (I.E.
 PAVILIONS, BATHROOM BUILDING, ETC.). SETBACKS SHALL BE
 MEASURED FROM THE EXTERIOR OF THE STRUCTURE TO ADJACENT
 PROPERTY LINES.
  
 6) IS THERE ANY WAY TO ENCLOSE THE DUMPSTER LOCATED
 NEAR THE LOADING DOCKS? PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444(B)
 OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS,
 DUMPSTERS ARE TO BE COMPLETELY SCREENED. SCREENING
 SHALL CONSIST OF BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER
 DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD AND
 STEEL. LANDSCAPING SHALL ALSO BE PROVIDED ALONG THE
 EXTERIOR OF THE WALL/FENCE AND SHALL CONSIST OF SHRUB
 OR HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO (2) FOOT INTERVALS.
