 PALM BEACH IS STILL UNDER THE 2004 EDITION OF CHAPTER 1
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. NO NEW CHAPTER 1

 2005 NEC. HOWEVER DEPENDING ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 DATE FOR ACTUAL PERMIT THIS WILL DETERMINE CODE
 REQUIRED. THERE IS CURRENTLY NO SPECIFIC DATE FOR
 ADOPTION OF THE 2008 NEC. THE JULY 1ST DATE WAS
 CANCELLED BY THE STATE. THE OFFICIAL DATE IS NOT YET
 KNOWN.
 THE PLANS ALSO STATE THE 2008 NFPA-101. PLEASE SEE FAC
 69A-60.004 AND THE 2009 REVISIONS TO THE 2007 FBC WHICH
 BOTH REFERENCE THE 2006 EDITION OF NFPA-101.
 THE STATE ADOPTED 2006, NFPA-101 ON DECEMBER 31ST,
 2008. THE FBC ADOPTED ON MARCH 1ST, 2009.

 DO NOT LEAVE ANY OLD/VOIDED SHEETS IN SETS.
 PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO PLANS. ANY
 ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION SUCH AS PRODUCT APPROVALS,
 SPEC/CUT SHEETS, CALCULATIONS ETC. SHOULD BE PLACED
 INTO TWO SETS/FOLDERS/BINDERS ETC.
 PLEASE KNOW ONLY ONE SET OF THE OLD/VOIDED SHEETS
 SHOULD BE SUBMITTED FOR REFERENCE.
