 1. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION
 94-441(C)(2) OF: AS THE VALUE OF THE PROPOSED WORK
 EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE (LISTED AS
 "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 PLEASE SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 3. INDICATE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE SETBACKS TO REAR AND
 SIDE PROPERTY LINES. NOTE: PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR,
 SECTION 94-74: SINGLE FAMILY HIGH DENSITY (SF14)
 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT - MINIMUM SETBACKS FOR PRINCIPAL
 BUILDING ARE AS FOLLOWS:
  
 A. FRONT: 25 FEET;
  
 B. CORNER: 12.5 FEET; TEN FEET IF LOT IS LESS THAN 60
 FEET WIDE;
  
 C. REAR: 15 FEET OR TEN PERCENT OF DEPTH, WHICHEVER IS
 LESS;
  
 D. SIDE: FIVE FEET MINIMUM, 15 FEET TOTAL.
  
 4. INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED OR
 RELOCATED A/C EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES. PURSUANT
 THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-305(B)(4): MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED
 SETBACK.
  
 5. INDICATE OVERHANG DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED
 ADDITION. PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION
 94-305(B): OVERHANGS SHALL NOT PROJECT MORE THAN THREE
 (3) FEET INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 6. IS THE EXISTING GOING TO BE DEMOLISHED? IF NOT,
 INDICATE THE SEPARATION DISTANCE OF THE PROPOSED
 ADDITION TO THE EXISTING SHED. NOTE: PURSUANT TO THE
 ZLDR, ACCESSORY STRUCTURES SHALL BE LOCATED NO CLOSER
 THAN SIX (6) FEET TO THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE.
  
 7. CLEARLY INDICATE ON THE FLOOR LAYOUT AND ELEVATION
 PLAN THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED WORK, BY LABELING THE
 AREA "PROPOSED" VS. "EXISTING.
  
 8. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-482(A): REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACES (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE
 FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT
 BUILDING FACADE).
  
 ADDITIONALLY, A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT WILL NEED TO BE
 ACQUIRED FROM THE CITYS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
 (561.494.1040), FOR THE PROPOSED APPROACH EXTENSION.
  
 9. THE COUNTY'S PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE RECORDS
 SHOW THAT THE SUBJECT SITE IS OWNED BY THE DO IR RIGHT
 CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST, GOD AND THE HOLY GHOST...WHAT
 IS THE INTENDED USE FOR THE SUBJECT SITE? PLEASE NOTE,
 PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-272, PERMITTED USE
 TABLE, CHURCHES, SYNAGOGUES, AND PLACES OF WORSHIP
 REQUIRE A CLASS B SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPROVED BY THE
 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS. CONSULT WITH THE PLANNING AND
 ZONING DEPARTMENT AT 561.822.1435, FOR DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.
