 TO THE PRIMARY HOUSE NUMBERS, SUCH AS "1/2 OR UNIT A"
 ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED.
  
 SHE GAVE ME THE PROPERTY OWNER'S CONTACT INFORMATION. I
 SPOKE TO FRED BERNHEIM, WHO AGREED TO COOPERATE WITH
 THE SECONDARY ADDRESS CHANGE FROM 3627 1/2 TO 3627 S
 DIXIE HWY # 1. HE DID NOT HAVE AN E-MAIL ADDRESS, SO I
 TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD COPY THE CONTRACTOR
 ([email protected]) ON THE NOTIFICATION E-MAIL.
 I SENT AN E-MAIL OF THE ADDRESSING CHANGE TO ALL OF THE
 RELEVANT PARTIES (USPS, PAPA, FPL, ETC.). I ALSO
 CORRECTED THE GIS ADDRESS POINT & THE COMMUNITYPLUS
 SEQUENTIAL UNIT RECORD 0001 (UNDER PCN#
 74434333290010050) FROM 3627 1/2 TO 3627 S DIXIE HWY #
 1. SINCE I DO NOT HAVE AUTHORIZATION IN COMMUNITYPLUS,
 PLEASE MOVE THIS PERMIT RECORD FROM THE PRIMARY ADDRESS
 OF 3629 S DIXIE HWY (UNDER PCN# 74434333290010050) TO
 BE CORRECTLY ATTACHED TO SEQUENTIAL UNIT RECORD 0001 -
 3627 S DIXIE HWY # 1.
