 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. ELEVATIONS-EAST: THE DIMENSIONS ON SIGNAGE THAT IS
 USED TO CALCULATE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE PER SIGN,
 EXCEEDS THE SQUARE FOOTAGE SHOWN UNDER THE FORMAL SITE
 PLAN REVIEW PLANS (PB878F) FOR THE HOTEL. PROVIDE TOTAL
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE THE SIGN, BASED ON A "BOX"
 SURROUNDING THE PERIMETER OF THE ENTIRE SIGN.
 ADDITIONALLY, IF THIS WILL BE THE NEW SIZE FOR THE
 SIGNAGE, THEN AN APPLICATION FOR A MINOR AMENDMENT TO
 THE CPD SHOWING THE PROPOSED SIGNAGE WILL BE REQUIRED
 TO BE FILED TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT AND
 APPROVED PRIOR TO THE BUILDING PERMIT BEING APPROVED.

 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR REQUIREMENTS OF A MINOR PD
 AMENDMENT.
  
 THE FOLLOWING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ITEMS SHALL BE SHOWN
 ON THE PLANS SUBMITTED:
  
 THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL SIGNAGE SHALL BE SHOWN
 ON A SITE DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR"). REFER TO THE ZLDR FOR
 SIGNAGE REGULATIONS, UNDER THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC)
 ZONING DISTRICT. ADDITIONALLY, AN APPROVAL LETTER FROM
 THE METROCENTRE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE MINOR PD AMENDMENT
 APPLICATION.
  
 3. CLARIFY WHY THE SAME SIGNAGE WAS SUBMITTED UNDER THE
 FOLLOWING PERMITS (09060222, 09060223, 09060225),
 FAILED ON CIRCA JUNE 2009? ADDRESS THESE COMMENTS WITH
 THE OTHER PERMITS TO AVOID DELAYS IN THE PERMITTING
 PROCESS.
