 1ST REVIEW
 ACTION: DENIED
  
 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THIS PROJECT IS TO
 BECOME A PHASED BUILDING WITH PROTIONS OF THE INTERIOR
 ARE TO BE DESIGNED AND BUILT UNDER THIS PERMIT
 APPLICATION. THE ORIGINAL PERMIT 07060707 IS FOR THE
 WHOLE BUILDING INCLUDING THE SCOPE OF WORK INTENDED FOR
 THIS PHASED PERMIT.
  
 THERE ARE TWO ISSUES THAT WILL NEED TO BE CLEARED
 BEFORE THIS CAN BE DECLARED A PHASED PERMIT:
 1A) THE ORIGINAL BUILDING PERMIT WILL NEED TO COME IN
 WITH A LETTER AND REVISION DECLARING THE ORIGINAL
 PERMIT WILL BECOME PHASED, A REVISION TO THE ORIGINAL
 PERMIT INDICATING WHAT WORK IS BEING DELETED FROM THEIR
 SCOPE OF WORK.
  
 1B) IF THE PHASE II PERMIT IS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT
 BEFORE A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY HAS OCCURRED, THE
 ORIGINAL DESIGN TEAM WILL NEED TO REVIEW THE PHASE II
 DOCUMENTS AND APPLY THEIR SHOP DRAWING STAMP,
 INDICATING REVIEWED. NOTE THE NEW ENERGY CALCULATIONS
 MAY EFFECT THE WHOLE BUILDING ENERGY CALCULATIONS FROM
 THE ORIGINAL DESIGN.
  
 2) IF AT ANY TIME THERE IS A CHANGE IN THE BUILDING
 CONTRACTOR THE SAME WILL OCCUR, WE WILL NEED A LETTER
 FROM THE ORIGINAL BUILDING CONTRACTOR INDICATING THAT
 THE NEW BUILDING CONTRACTOR MAY WORK WITHIN THE
 INTERIOR OF THE BUILDING BEFORE THE CO IS ISSUED.
  
 3) A THOROUGH REVIEW CAN NOT BE MADE AT THIS TIME, AS A
 RESULT OF THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY APPEAR THAT WERE NOT PART OF
 THIS REVIEW.
  
 INFORMATIONAL: WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE
 THE REVISION & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY.
 A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
